Abstract: The study investigated the effects of teaching strategies (demonstration and guided inquiry) on Biology achievement of secondary school students with different learning styles (active/reflective, sensing/intuitive, visual/verbal, and sequential/global) in Rivers State. A quasi-experimental design was adopted, specifically the pre-test, post-test non - equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 247 SS2 students drawn from three randomly sampled governments owned secondary schools in Obior/Akpor Local Government Area in Rivers State. Three research questions and three null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Frequent count; mean and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions while ANCOVA was used to test the hypotheses.........

Abstract: All this time, lessonplan(RencanaPelaksanaanPembelajaran/RPP) instrumentused by the teachers is already in line with the rules of 2013 Curriculum learning plan. However, there are some aspects which are needed to be fixed up in order to train the critical thinking ability of the students. The fixing up of learning plan is done through Tessmer Model development research with the steps of self-evaluation, expert reviews, one-one, small group, and field test as the research's focus. This research aims to determine the effectivenessof the developed lesson plan instrument on the topic of environmental pollution. The subjects are the VII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 KertakHanyar. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know whether the application of cultural value Bima (Maja Labo Dahu) can improve student learning outcomes in Senior High School in Wawo Bima. It is also to determine whether metacognitive can improve student learning outcomes Senior High School in Wawo Bima. This research was a quasi-experimental design. The data were collected through observation, questionnaire, test, and student response. The population in this study were class X SMA Nageri in Wawo Bima. The samples were taken randomly by making paper rolls in accordance with the number of groups. Abstract: This study aims to analyze madrasah development center strategy in acceleration implementation of madrasah accreditation. This research is a qualitative research using phenomenology approach. The focus of this research is on MDC South Sulawesi, as an institution to accelerate accreditation program of madrasah in South Sulawesi. Abstract: The aim of the research is to find out and figure out the effectiveness and practicability of the STAD character building based learning model in elementary schools. The focus of the research was primarily based on the analysis of the result of learning implementation with respect to the effectiveness and practicability of the STAD character building based learning model in elementary schools. The method used in this research was (R& D method) i.e. research and development method by conducting and carrying out the surveys in elementary schools. The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students for as many as 25 people. The place of the research was located in Pammana 244 Elementary School, Pammana District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Abstract: This study aims at finding out the effectiveness of the blended learning model to improve the competence of students' learning outcomes of in the subject of audio system engineering at the Department of Audio Video in Vocational High Schools. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The research site is located at SMKN 2 Makassar and SMKS Kartika Jaya Wirabuana Makassar. Abstract: This research aimed to acquire an overview of learning and the effectiveness of the learning model of Islamic Education in SMK Negeri 1 South Sulawesi based Mind Mapping. This research used Research and Development approach, the type of research was quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Abstract: This research aims to develop the Sex Education Learning Module (Module PPS) for high school students in Makassar City that are valid, practical, and effective. This research adopts the development steps of Plomp which consists of; the preliminary investigation phase; design phase; realization/construction phase; test, evaluation and revision phase; and implementation phase. Phase I investigation: a review of the concept of sex education, textbooks and learning resources of Biology subjects, analysis of educational practitioners' views and high school students about sex education, and analyzing the curriculum of Biology subjects.
