Abstract: The aim of this study was to proposenew idea of learning model to teach physics using ICT (information and communication technology)media. The research method used is the literature review. The results show that there were many ICT-based applications to build the concept of physics and visualize abstract formations into concrete concepts. It's just that the teacher's creativity is needed in designing learning models for ICT media. One model that can be considered is the POEER model (Predict, Observation, Explain, Extend, and Reflection) to teach physics using ICT. This model is the result of the development of the POE (Predict, Observation, Explain) model. The addition of extend stages to facilitate so that students can develop concepts that have been built in new situations while the reflection stages are intended so that students get continuous improvement in learning outcomes from themselves, peers, and teachers..

A sample size of 450 public primary school teachers was selected via multi-stage sampling techniques. Two research questions and two hypotheses guided this study. Hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Two research instruments, Extent to Teachers Use of Specific Feedback Mechanism Scale (ETUSFMS) and Teachers' Attitudes towards Teaching Scale (TATS) were used to collect data from the 450 primary school teachers. The reliability coefficient of the instruments were 0.92 and.............

Abstract: Higher education (IES) programs include a sustainable approach for nearly 30 years. However, the environmental problems still have been unresolved. Despite that, also learning represents a sustainable process. As follows, universities instruct their teachers on the sustainable management of learning.
