Title | : | Role of Emotional Intelligence in Services Marketing– an Empirical Study with Reference to Commercial Banks in Odisha |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr.Sanjeev Tripathy |
Abstract: This thesis examines the role of emotional intelligence of the employees on the innovation and creativity in the marketing of banking services in the commercial banks of Odisha. Given that emotional intelligence is a scientifically founded and empirically validated construct, the issue of assessing and measuring this construct has fundamental significance for research on the marketing of services in commercial banks. Although emotions have been viewed as unpredictable, irrational and not worth measuring, the conceptualizations of emotional intelligence have helped encounter this criticism and offer a promise of a useful concept for predicting workplace performance. However, the use of emotional intelligence measures in research and organizational settings has been varied and controversial. The reason lies in how the construct should be measured, and which theory it shall be based on. This study helps in understanding the importance of emotional intelligence and marketing creativity of services in commercial banks...........

Title | : | Exploring Sustainable CSR for Indonesia by Forming Strategic Partnerships between Industry Sectors |
Country | : | Australia |
Authors | : | Janti Gunawan || Maggie Twaddle || Kym Fraser |
Abstract: Indonesia is a country that regulates corporate social responsibility (CSR). The government's intervention in CSR aims to boost the country's development, through corporate contributions. A number of studies have found that CSR is often viewed as an activity which uses corporate profits for social and environmental advancement, and/or an attempt to maintain the corporate image. This paper aims to explore how CSR and strategic partnerships in the energy, banking and education sectors can contribute to both corporate economic sustainability and community development. It is compulsory for energy companies and banks to conduct CSR in Indonesia but linking CSR efforts between sectors is non-existent. To explore how partnerships in CSR can be developed, a model used by Genesis Energy Ltd in New Zealand called Schoolgen is used. Schoolgen is a CSR model that focuses on a partnership between the energy and education sectors, and shows how a partnership can respond to development needs, while balancing the economic, social and environmental values of the company and its business partners............

Title | : | A Scientometric Analysis of Inventory Routing Problem Literature with Special Emphasis in Stochastic and Dynamic Version |
Country | : | Spain |
Authors | : | Raúl Roldán || Rosa Basagoiti |
Abstract: The popularity and rapid development of Inventory Routing Problem as an area of research has led to a huge amount of publications containing the achieved knowledge. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of inventory routing problems that include heuristics, operation research and management science, a scientometric study of the area should shed some light on the topic. Empirically studying the evolution of the research on this field will give a view about groups of researchers, their research productivity and impact, all that providing a better understanding of trends. While scientometric has a long tradition in many fields, we identify a lack of comprehensive studies in the areas of inventory routing. Based on bibliographic databases (Scopus and Web of Science), this study applies a scientometric method to empirically analyze the evolution and state of the Inventory Routing Problem research...........
