Abstract: In the midst of divergent scholastic views about the determinants of performanceby SMEs across different disciplines. This paper provides empirical evidence about the influence of accounting practices on the performance of SMEs operating in AkwaIbom State, Nigeria.The study was to examine the contributions of accounting practices to the well-being of SMEs.A sample of SMEs operating in AkwaIbomState was surveyed. In addition to examining their financial statements, a structured questionnaire was used fordata collection. Abstract: Notwithstanding of the importance and applicability of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) adoption practice in microfinance institutions (MFIs), the literature indicates very few studies have attempted to investigate the influence of ICT adoption practice on the performance of MFIs, specifically the relationship between ICT adoption practice and performance of MFIs. Abstract: Capitalization rate is the ratio of net income generated from a property to its property value. If the market value of the property and the capitalization rate are known, a reasonable rental property can be determined. So that the level of property capitalization will be very helpful in making property investment decisions, especially residential homes, because houses are the type of property most often transacted. Abstract: The need for residential ownership as a residence is a basic human need (basic need). The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are the causes of the decline in consumer intentions in Sehaty Residence housing and determine alternative policy strategies that can be done to overcome the decline in consumer intentions. This study uses quantitative data with a type of research that is causal. The results showed that behavioral control had a significant effect on behavior through interest in behavior, subjective norms had no significant effect on behavioral variables through interest in behavior and interest in behavior had a significant effect on behavioral variables.The policy provided by the company is to provide easy down payment payments to prospective customers.

Abstract: The study sought to determine the influence of working conditions on the commitment of administration police officers in Meru County Kenya. Descriptive research design was used in the study. The target population was 1178 administration police officers of different ranks out of which 10% of the entire population in the county was used as the sample size. Questionnaire was used to collect primary data from the police officers. The study revealed that interpersonal relations and compensation had a statistically significant relationship with both the normative commitment and affective commitment. Abstract: The study was carried out to examine the rate of employee turnover in the hospitality industry in the Bolgatanga Municipality in the Upper East Region of Ghana. The objectives of the study were; to identify the factors that influence employee turnover in the hospitality industry within the Bolgatanga municipality; to identify how employee turnover affect the operations of the hospitality industry and to examine the methods used by industry to curb employee turnover. Twelve prominent hotels in the category of three-1 star, three – 2 star, one – 3 star and five budget hotels in the study area were selected. Abstract: Banks began to use technology to provide better quality of services at greater speed. Internet Banking and mobile banking made it convenient for customers to do their banking from geographically diverse places. Now all the banks have started with the concept of multi channels like ATMs, credit cards, debit cards, telephone/mobile banking, internet banking, call centers etc. In globalized world, the role of banking is redefined as service provider of various financial services under one roof acting like a financial supermarket. The banks are looking for new ways not only to attract but also to retain the customers and gain competitive advantage over their competitors. Abstract: The intrinsic value of a firm is the fair value of all future net cash flows resulted from a business. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of financial distress and firm size on profitability; the effect of financial distress, firm size, and profitability on intrinsic value of firm; and the indirect effect of financial distress and firm size on intrinsic value of firm by profitability as intervening variable. Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of risk perceptions on customer decisions. The population in this study were all rice farming insurance customers in Konawe District, with a total sample of 100 respondents, which was determined using the Slovin formula for 10% precision. Respondents were obtained by convinience sampling method. Data for analysis needs were obtained by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale for customer decisions, and the Guttman scale with a score of 1 for the Yes answer, and a score of 2 for the no answer. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by structural equation modeling method using AMOS software version 24. The results of the analysis show that the perception of risk has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions..

Abstract: Purchasing decisions by consumers are decisions that involve perceptions of the marketing mix. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy a Toyota Rush car and develop an effective marketing mix policy. The type of research used is quantitative research. In this study, the population used is all consumers who purchase Toyota Rush in Medan City but the number of samples is definitely unknown. The results of the study show that simultaneously the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of Toyota Rush and partially the product and place have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.
