Abstract: Banks are the foundation of the monetary system of any developing country like Bangladesh and an effectively running monetary system requires a successful and efficient banking system. Besides, Total Quality Management (TQM) is the new philosophy of management that lead to successful and efficient banking system in globalized and radically changing business environments. In this regard, the study has been conducted on Implementation of TQM in Banking Sector of Bangladesh: A Comparative Study between Public and Private Sector Banks in Bangladesh which leads to analyze the standard, quality, development and growth of selected private and public commercial banks of Bangladesh.............

Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate the level and the quality of the corporate financial risk reporting in Bangladesh. Through the manual content analysis, the extent of risk disclosures of the annual report is measured. Risk disclosures of 81 manufacturing companies in Bangladesh from 2012 to 2016 are collected and analyzed. Risk reporting is measured by the disclosure score using the judgment of the researcher. It has been found that the level of risk disclosures in the manufacturing companies in Bangladesh is very poor. The average risk disclosures score is only 2.91 (19.4%) on a scale of total score 15. In 2012, 34 (42%) companies out of 81 don't provide any disclosure regarding the financial risks and the number reduced to 27 (33%) companies in 2016............

Abstract: Purpose- This paper reveals the practices of corporate social responsibility (CSR) by commercial banks in Bangladesh and to assess the need to improve CSR by such organizations. The purpose of the study is to observe the framework of CSR areas and contribution to those areas by the Private Commercial Banks (PCB). Research Design- The report has been segmented into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on introduction, objectives, literature review, methodology, scope of the study and limitations. The second chapter includes the theoretical and conceptual framework of this study. In third chapter I try to give a brief profile of selected private banks. Analysis of findings of my research is presented in chapter four. The fifth chapter presents summary of findings, my recommendation and conclusion.............

Abstract: Analysis of the factors that affect the capitalization rate is an important study in estimating the rental value of a property and knowing the level of capitalization of a property will be very helpful in making property investment decisions, especially shop houses, because shop houses are the most common type of commercial property, transacted especially in the city of Medan. The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of the factors of capitalization such as the age of the building, the number of floors, distance to business center, parking lot facility, the road width, level of activity (location), ad physical condition of the building on the level of capitalization of shop-house leasing in Medan Petisah Area, Medan. This study uses 50 samples spread over the population area, namely in Medan Petisah District. Abstract: The study carried out a comparative analysis of entrepreneurial activities in the public transport sectors in Asia, Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa to determine entrepreneurial natural traits, challenges and mitigating strategies. Datawas collected from books, journal, websites and government publications and through outright observation. In Asia public transport was driven by urbanisation. Abstract: This work is an approach to examine the leadership styles used by the Mayor of the town of Beni. The technique of investigation through questionnaire is submitted to a cluster sample of 39 staff. From this research, it sorts out that the Mayor of the town of Beni uses seven principles of leadership over an institution. He uses first, authoritarian paternership of Rensis Likert (74.4%). Secondly comes democratic or semi-directive style of Kurt Lewin ( 56.4%), respectively followed by other leadership styles as 5 of Tannenbaum and Schmidt ( 53.8 %), Charismatic (48.7%) in contemporaneous models, participatory style or The Y theory of Mac Gregor (46.2%), Compromise style 5.5. from Robert R. Blake and Jane Srygley Mouton (33.3%), finally persuasive model of Hersey and Blanchard (28.2%). Abstract: This research tackles the challenges of the exaction of property taxes and vehicle taxes by ‟Direction Générale des Recettes du Nord-Kivu- DGR-NK″ (the General Revenue Directorate of North Kivu), in the Town of Beni and Butembo, in DR Congo. The main factors that explain the non-maximization of assignments to DGR-NK Beni and Butembo are our fundamental question. Specifically, the evolution of revenue generated by real taxes by the DGR-NK in the two operational centers of Beni and Butembo is highlighted. We also specify the operating center that realizes more tax revenue due to the actual taxes being addressed. The results of the surveys reveal that revenue is increasing in both centers of the DGR-NK. It is noted that the DGR-NK, operational center of Beni surpassed its assignments of 2685,79 $; $ 7772.58 and $ 8009.35 respectively in 2013, 2014 and 2015. She did not reach..........
