Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction in ASN officers in Medan. Analyzing the influence of transformational leadership towards employee engagement. Analyzing the significant impact of employee work satisfaction on employee engagement. Analyzing the influence of transformational leadership towards employee engagement through employee work satisfaction. Data collected by using the sample of ASN employees in Medan that have been working for 20 years. Data analysis methods use path regression. The results of the transformation proved the transformational leadership positive and significant to satisfaction. Transformational leadership is positively and significantly influential to employee engagement. Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. Transformational leadership does not affect employee engagement through satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract: This study empirically analyzes the effects of employee benefits on capital structure, focusing on diversified companies. A significant negative (-) effect occurred between the market leverage and the book leverage, which is in line with the theory of labor discipline effect, indicating that an increase in debt leads to a decrease in employee benefits. It further signifies that the increase in the liability of the enterprise results in the transfer of risks by reducing employee wages with the rise of the risk of the owner and that the increase in liability is used as a tool to gain superiority in wage negotiations. Abstract: Increasing competition in banking so that competition is no longer in price competition but also in non-price competition. The problem of the quality of human resources is one of the most important things to consider, because it is one of the assets that determines the success of a banking industry. The important thing to consider is how to increase job satisfaction and employee performance through organizational culture, training and compensation. Abstract: The entry of private sector banks improves the working competence and keenness in Indian banking sector. The private banks have presented novel and ground-breaking services and goods in order to apprehension the high market share. This deviation the working array of the women staffs in banking field. The conclusions show that working balance, work load, organizational sustenance and financial sustenance are causes of work life stability of women in private banks. The results show that there is substantial change between socio-economic position of female's workforces and issues of work life constancy in private banks. Abstract: This work deals with the participation of countrywomen in the managment and a good housework governance. The rural women have been minimized for long ago, and her freedom has been stunted by the cultural contraints. Today, this constitutes a challenge to be reorganized. Rustic women activities are all neglected by countrymen through the culture, where as women maintain a lot of crucial works, and even the housework survival holding relies on them as far as food, wearing, education and social problems are concerned. Her notable character and contest need a particular study to be done. Infact, recommandations are not sufficient, but the best thing to do is just to raise all groups of people's awearness on the woman right in order to make it be respected.

Abstract: Ecotourism Image has an important role in travel decisions for tourists to the perceived value and satisfaction of tourists, ecotourism is needed to make a successful tourist attraction in marketing. However, a variety of literature on tourism marketing that reveals brand image and its perceived value in relation to satisfaction has not been thoroughly studied thoroughly about the existence and potential of ecotourism, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Ecotourism Brand Image, perceived value and empirically test constructions that tend to influence satisfaction tourists, this conceptual model was developed based on theoretical and practicalstudy in tourism market. Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of Teacher Professional Development, Competence, Facilities and Educational Infrastructure on Teacher Performance and Learning Achievement of High School Students. Population in this study were all teachers from 5 state and 5 private high schools in the education unit in the scope of the education and culture department of Makassar City, totalling 336 teachers with a sample of 183 teachers. Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the development, efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution of collecting PBB (Land and Building Tax) in Medan on Regional Revenue and to find out the difference of efficient, effectiveness, and contribution in PBB with Regional revenue before and after Law No. 28/2009 is in effect. The data from 2007 Until 2016 were analyzed. They were obtained from Regional Tax and Retribution Agency, Medan, and Central Bureau of Statistics, Medan.
