Abstract: This study will be performed to find out whether the IT sectors in Bangladesh are practicing the right process of HR functions and whether this sector is considering HR as an integral part of its business. Simple Random Sampling Method is applied in this study. The study will have both practical and academic value. It will lead anyone to get a clear idea about Human Resource Management Practices, its procedure and present scenario of Bangladesh IT and Software Company in comparison with BASIS rules and regulations. This study will also focus on the issues of functioning and relevant environmental factors in Human Resource Management Practices, and their guidelines in prevention. On the other hand the findings of the study will direct to think about appropriate actions and steps for the betterment of the existing practices.

Abstract: While synthetic inputs used in agriculture have some negative effects on living health, people's concerns about this issue are increasing. This led consumers to organic agricultural products at the cost of paying more. The marketing methods of organic products can be done in various ways. The study aims to determine the view of consumers of organic agricultural products in Şanlıurfa on the marketing of these products. 382 organic product consumers were selected by a simple random sampling method and interviews were conducted through a questionnaire. According to the results, consumers buy organic agricultural products directly from the producers with a maximum of 31%. Consumers want to buy these products in places where there is public control with a maximum of 36%. Consumers choose the place of purchase depending on the store atmosphere and hygiene. Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the role of positive emotion in mediating the effect of hedonic values on impulse buying. The population in this study was minimarket consumers in Kendari City, with a sample of 100 respondents, which was calculated by the Lemeshow formula for infinite population. Furthermore respondents obtained by convinience sampling method. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a five-point Likert Scale. Data were then analyzed using structural equation modeling method using AMOS Version 24 software. The results of the analysis showed that; Hedonic value has a significant effect on positive emotion, hedonic value has no significant effect on impulse buying, positive emotion has a significant effect on impulse buying, and positive emotion plays a role in mediating the effect of hedonic value on impulse buying.

Abstract: Tourism is increasingly appeared as an important tool for the community development to many developing countries, though it has impacts. Impacts on host community is huge and somehow it often received less concentration, especially in developing societies where economic benefit only takes the prime priority. The study has reviewed the "Social Exchange Theory" to understand the existing knowledge on socio-cultural impacts of tourism development- followed by a questionnaire survey of 180 local people. Perceptions of the local people revealed that tourism is thriving in Cox's Bazar with a significant impact on local economy through generating huge employments opportunity, having multiplier effects which lead to a quality of life to local people while the region was previously based on only the profession of fishing. Abstract: The management of overseas engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) projects in an unexplored market is prone to risks. Risks can occur because of the business entity's lack of adequate overseas environmental information and local execution experience. Hence, the application of a suitable methodology to deliver EPC projects and the identification and the control of the potential risk factors in a new environment is important. In this paper, the author first presents a hierarchical structure of risk classifications with the identified risk factors that might occur during project execution. Abstract: The optimal realization of increased organizational productivity is a vital business objective that requires the presence of highly skilled and experienced management team saddled with responsibilities of planning, organizing, directing and coordinating organizations' resources in a manner that ensures that employees put in needed efforts to help management achieve predetermined objectives amidst various challenges facing such organizations in their operating business environments. This study examines the management challenges of Nigerian workplaces with focus on task, behavioral, situational, and structural and process challenges, and their implications to organizational productivity. Abstract: Employees are an important asset in an organization; they give an organization competitive advantage. Having human resources with the necessary skills largelycontributes to organizational success. This study was aimed at finding out the impact of selective hiring on organizational performance and to establish the moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between selective hiring and organizational performance. The populationof studywas 5866 employees of three state corporations in Kenya. These were Mumias Sugar Company, Kenya Power and KenGen. Descriptive survey research design was adopted in the study. The study revealed that selective hiring had a significant effect on organizational performance. Further, findingsshowed that affective commitment and normative commitment moderated the relationship between selective hiring and organizational performance.
