Abstract: The purpose was to determine the effect of green distribution on the performance of manufacturing firms in Kenya. The study was descriptive in positivist approach. Questionnaire were used to collect data from a random sample size of 330 in 943 manufacturing firms in Kenya registered under the Kenya Association of Manufacturers as at the year 2017. The study was informed by natural resourced based view theory. Findings from linear regression model showed that green distribution had significant and positive influence on the performance of manufacturing firms in Kenya. As such, adoption of green distribution practices will help the manufacturing firm to meet diverse yet drastic changing needs as well as address challenges arising from a dynamic global business environment. Therefore, it is utmost necessary for the firms to use distribution channels with relatively low environmental impacts.

Abstract: Cette étude vise à déterminer l'impact des associations de la Fédération des Entreprises du Congo (FEC) sur le bien-être de la Commune Rurale d'Oïcha. L'enquêtetransversale a permis de vérifier l'impact des associations de la FEC sur le développement de la Commune Rurale d'Oïcha. L'entretien à base de questionnaire et la recherche documentaire ont servi à la récolte des données.L'analyse de résultatsrévèle que la majorité (77,8%) de nos enquêtés prend deux repas par jour et leurs activités sont en croissance (80%) car ils ont un pouvoir économique (52,8%) en adhérant à une association encadrée par la FEC/Oicha.......

Abstract: Ce papier a pour objectif d'évaluer la performance quantitative des enseignants de tous les grades (Assistants, Chefs de Travaux et Professeurs) de l'enseignement supérieur et universitaire ainsi que la compétence dévolue au grade en regard de la théorie du capital humain de Becker, et ce, conformément aux critères de performances scientifiques institués par le Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire (E.S.U.) de la République Démocratique du Congo (R.D.C.). Alors que, d'une part, il s'avère que les enseignants, quel que soit le grade, se révèlent être non performants, donc improductifs dans le secteur de la recherche scientifique (d'où le titre « Faut-il brûler nos université ? ») et que, d'autre part, la performance se confirme paradoxalement liée au grade, ce papier remet en question à la fois la responsabilité de la non performance rejetée aux enseignants et l'approche méthodologique.....

Abstract: Résumé Cette étude a pour objet de lutter contre l'inadéquation du nombre d'heures de mathématique dans les classes de 6ièmesannées de la section pédagogique et celles lui associées pour les quelles le rendement demeure très faible en grande partie.1 Les données recueillies de différentes écoles ont abouti au résultat moyen issu du test de l'indépendance selon lequel 𝒙𝟐𝑐𝑎𝑙 = 37,77 𝒙𝟐𝑡𝑎𝑏 = 4,92 au seuil de 5%. Abstract: This paper sets outs a brief discussion about the bitcoin being a bubble or legit currency on Indian economy. The study was mainly focused on the impact of bitcoin and legit currency in the Indian economy and also the major factors that leads the currency to the growth of the economy The Indian merchant's uses bitcoin transaction for the purchases and sale of goods and services. Few people states that bitcoin is not bubble but a corruption of real currencies. The sudden rise of bitcoin, and the bitcoin market, has examined the currency as a furor, a bubble, or a scam.
