Abstract: Industrial sector is one of the biggest contributors to environmental degradation which concerns in making a green sustainability business. The implementation of Green Manufacturing in the world faces obstacles to gain profit rather than to improve or develop. Manufacturing companies have to develop Green human resources management (GHRM) as a HRM application for minimizing the negative impact caused by the activities in all business processes.
