Abstract: Background: Now a day customers are aware about their rights of availing the facilities providing by the service industries. As the service provider's number is enormous in market thus, customers have several choices to shift or change its service provider easily. Hence the competition among the service providing companies become more severe so they provide the as much as facilities to their customers for retaining in them into their company. Banking sector is not an exception of this competition. Thus, banks try to provide banking services 24 by 7 to their customers. And in the time of digital era mobile banking become kingpin in this competition. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of brands, images, shapes, colors, and labels on packaging in unison against the interest of buying consumers; And to know the packaging attributes that most affect consumer buying interest. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaire. Data analysis consists of two parts i.e. 1) descriptive analysis to describe the identity of respondents and research variables; 2) Double linear regression analysis to determine the impact of packaging attributes simultaneously on the interest of buying consumers. The research method used is a double linear regression analysis with five free variables and one bound variable with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The hypothesis testing uses only simultaneous testing with the F test apparatus and the coefficient of determination to know the amount of free variable donations to bonded variables. The results showed that all variables are free, consisting of brands on the packaging, images on the packaging, packaging shapes, packing colors, and labels on packaging together significantly affecting buying interest. As for the free variables, the greatest effect on buying interest is the color on the packaging.

Abstract: This article aims to explore how trust affects personal information sharing. Through the process of collecting and analyzing data from 504 students in Hanoi, Vietnam, the authors pointed out the impact of types of trust on personal information sharing. The study also found there is a positive significance between trust and the decision to share information on websites. Therefore, we believe that to change customers' decision to share personal information on websites,the companies had better make some solutions to influence customers' trust.

Abstract: Quantitative research is based more on data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative assessment. This research is explanatory which explains the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) in this case the motivation variables of organizational culture competency and employee performance variables as intevening variables to the dependent variable (the dependent variable ) namely prisoners empowerment. With a total sample of 118 test samples using SEM. Based on results analysissobel test it is known that, competence on employee performance mediated by prisoners empowerment is insignificant, meaning that there is no influence of prisoners empowerment mediation in mediating the relationship of competence.....

Abstract: Kenya has had a considerably high rate of unemployment among young universities graduates. This is despite the continued government's efforts to develop and promote entrepreneurship culture among graduates as a strategy to deal with the unemployment problem by changing their minds to venture into business than seeking formal jobs upon graduation.. The universities provide a conducive learning environment that motivates students to develop entrepreneurial intention before and after graduation. However University graduates continue to wander around in search of formal jobs despite the entrepreneurial training that they went through in the universities.
