Abstract: Background Supply chain strategies play the role of helping firms achieve efficiency and effectiveness in their operations. The le-agile supply chin strategy combines both lean and agile supply chain concepts. The study focused on the effect of supply chain management practices on operational performance and the mediating effect of le-agile supply chain strategy on the relationship between supply chain management practices and operational performance. Abstract: Industrial workers who are satisfied with their job, workplace, and personal life are likely to perform their duties efficiently and tend to be productive in any workplace setting. Job Satisfaction refers to employees' positive attitudes towards their jobs. The present study was carried out to investigate and ascertain empirically the factors that contribute to worker satisfaction in the manufacturing industry in a backward region of Gulbarga in the State Karnataka. Abstract: Many organizations across the world are investing heavily in environmental practices to bolster their performance. Different studies have been conducted to determine the level at which environmental practices affect organizational performance. Various empirical studies have showed that corporate social responsibility practices affect either positive or negative in organizational performance. This therefore led the researcher to find out whether the corporate social responsibility practices affect organizational performance of mobile telecommunication companies in Rwanda. The study was further delimited to environmental practices as a construct of corporate social responsibility practices. Abstract: This thematic is lead mainly in the farming sector of Beni Town, North-Kivu Province in Democratic Republic of Congo. Our motivation within this study is to conciliate the needs of suppliers from these of applicants of cacao product in Beni Town, especially, it is observed a wailing of farmers on the price variation of commodity. Abstract: Enquiry conducted in the rural municipality of Oicha secondary schools reveals that the pupils and some teachers of history course face many difficulties to assimilate and teach the 19th century African exploration's history. To reach the expected results, we proceeded by an enquiry based on a questionnaire that aimed to know about the experience acquired in the teaching-learning process of this branch.
The outcome of our study reveals that the sixth form pupils of Oicha high schools do not master the history of African exploration of 19th Century because the average of success in the four steps of exploration studies (biography, objective, route and result) are inferior to 50%, for all the 12 target schools of Oïcha. In addition most of the history teachers of Oïcha in sixth form of secondary school are qualified, but do not reflect it through their performance.
