Abstract: Uncertainties are inevitable and need to be accepted as part of business life. However, to deal with them, it is necessary to improve the planning arsenal for strategic decision making. Thus, from the examination of the characteristics of scenario analysis techniques and system dynamics, an opportunity was perceived for combining these, in order to pave a path that was not predominantly qualitative, as with scenario analysis, nor as complex and quantitative as systems dynamics appears to be. This work aimed to produce a methodology of combination between these techniques, based on an in-depth theoretical review. As a test field, a case study was conducted for an anesthesiology company, aiming to investigate the future of medical remuneration amid the numerous possibilities of political, economic, technological, social and competitive transformations. Abstract: Atma Nirbhar Abhiyaan was launched by the Prime Minister on 15th May 2020 to make India Self reliant. The schemes focus on promoting multiple sectors of MSMEs, cottage industries, aviation, health etc which will boost employment and entrepreneurship in the country. Our Government had realized the importance of entrepreneurship long back and has taken various measures to support who strived to be entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship not only generates income for the owner, but also employment to a number of people around it as well as provides products and services to the society at a cheaper rate and easily accessible manner. Hence it reduces the dependency of the society on the business giants and external players. It boosts the productivity of the economy. The Government under the AtmaNirbharat Bharat Abhiyaan takes initiatives to support the economy that has been affected by the Corona Virus pandemic and the lockdown of the country which is still continuing in smaller levels.

Abstract: This study has been initiated to examine the relationship between properly maintaining books of accounts of SME organizations and institutional lending by banks. To conduct this study, both secondary and primary data has been used. A formal structural questionnaire has been designed for collecting data from the respondents. Some financial tools, techniques and descriptive statistics have been applied to analyze the data. The study found that there is a significant relationship between record keeping and granting credits by the schedule banks in Bangladesh. It is also found that banks highly depend on collateral and financial strength of the SME organizations before granting loan.

Abstract: This very article presents the findings of a research of the relative relevance of working capital management, measured by the Return on Investment (ROI), and its components namely Receivable Conversion Period, Payable Deferral Period and Current Ratio) on the profitability in Nepalese Institutional Schools located in Khairahani Municipality of Chitwan District, Nepal. To analyze the strike of working capital Management on schools' profitability, data of 5 years has been used from 2013-2014 to 2017-2018. Karl Pearson's Correlation and Descriptive Analysis were used to diagnose the relationship between Working Capital Management and schools' profitability and components of working capital. The investigation found an inverse relationship between profitability and Receivable Conversion Period and Payable Deferral Period, but a direct relationship between profitability and Current Ratio. Moreover, Current ratio and size of the school also have significant strikes on the schools' profitability. On the foundation of key findings from this investigation it had been concluded that the management of a school could create value for their stockholders by reducing the number of Receivable Conversion Period. Abstract: The need for concentration on the agricultural sector of every developing economy cannot be overemphasized. The sector is the provider of the solution to the United Nation's zero hunger and zero absolute poverty goals. Thus, the study investigated the effect of agricultural growth to the reduction of poverty in Nigeria using a temporal scope between 1986 and 2020. Agricultural growth was proxied by percentage change in the contribution of agricultural sector to gross domestic product while other independent variables were deposit money banks' sectoral distribution of credits to the agricultural sector, and federal government budgetary allocations to the agricultural sector. Abstract: The goal of this study is to look at the impact of transformational leadership on organizational creativity in deposit money banks in Port Harcourt. It investigates organizational transformative leadership and creativity. The creation of a theoretical model, which included the establishment of variables and hypotheses, was undertaken. A self-completion questionnaire was used to collect data as part of a survey instrument. Stratified random selection was used to choose 95 bank managers from five (5) banks for the final sample.Transformational leadership has a favourable but negligible link with organizational innovation, according to the findings. Furthermore, employees' motivation and organizational creativity were found to have a minor but beneficial association. Furthermore, the link between transformational leadership and organizational creativity was shown to be both positive and unimportant, thanks to the moderating effect of employee motivation.The findings, on the other hand, revealed that intrinsic motivation has little bearing on organizational creativity. As a result, the study indicated that, while transformational leadership is vital for organizational creativity, it should not take precedence over ICT and employee development in the banking industry..

Abstract: Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are transferrable rights to digital assets, suchas art, in-game items, collectables or music. The phenomenon and its markets havegrown significantly since early 2021.We investigate the interrelationships betweenNFT sales, NFT users (unique active blockchain wallets), and the pricing of Bitcoinand Ether. we show that aBitcoin price shock triggers an increase in NFT sales. As of 2021, fewer transactions occur but thetraded value is much higher. We find that NFT submarkets are cointegrated andfeature various causal short-run connections between them. The success or adoptionof younger NFT projects is influenced by that of more established markets. The results contribute to the overall understanding of the NFT phenomenonand suggest that NFT markets are immature or even inefficient.
