Abstract: Customers in the city of Bunia use practically all of the three mobile telephone networks in the place. But once an imperfection has been observed during the purchase, and theuse of a network service or product, consumers seek the same service and/or product from another company in order to satisfy their communication needs.Behavior supported by the Fishbein compensatory model under study, justifying the fact that consumers absorb their observed dissatisfaction by resorting to another network's product, in their objective of seeking the average performance on these purchased products and services. This explains the use of the services and products of two or three mobile telephone companies at the same time and the generally positive assessment of the quality of the offers received. Much more analytically, consumers are more accepting of the mobile money service at Vodacom, while SIM cards.....
