Abstract: Conflicts are unavoidable in today's workplaces. Appropriate mechanisms to resolve arising disputes should-be utilized to allow timely resolution of the conflicts to avoid their potential significant negative effects on employees' performance. The floriculture sector contributes significantly to Kenya's economy in terms of employment opportunities and foreign exchange earnings. However, there was dearth of empirical evidence regarding the implications of entity's dispute resolution techniques on workers' productivity in the local floriculture-sector.
