Abstract: This research seeks to understand consumer preferences and responses to sales promotions in the Indian branded spice market.
The study employed a survey-based approach, gathering data from a sample of 400 respondents with a 51.5 percent response rate. The collected data was analysed using frequency analysis, chi-square testing and correlation analysis to evaluate the impact of various promotional schemes on consumer purchase decisions.
The findings showed that majority of respondents displayed familiarity with Price Discounts, whereas "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotions

Abstract: The aim of this study was to analyze the implications of psychosocial factors at work on the quality of health professionals. To this end, an exploratory study with a qualitative approach was carried out with 16 health professionals from a private Brazilian hospital located in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Data collection involved in-depth interviews with the interviewees, and the data was analyzed using the discourse analysis technique. As a result, it was found that the main psychosocial factors impacting on professionals' quality of life are work overload, interpersonal relationships in the workplace, safety at work, professional recognition and appreciation, as well as the balance between personal and professional life. Abstract: This article, outlined as a theoretical essay on literature, presents a theoretical dialogue that addresses Active Methodologies, including gamification and the flipped classroom, in promoting pedagogical innovation. These approaches transform students from mere receivers of knowledge into active participants and builders of it, encouraging greater involvement and active participation. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of balancing student autonomy with teacher guidance, highlighting the need for ongoing training for educators to ensure effective implementation. Equity concerns in access to technology are addressed, highlighting the importance of ensuring that all students can benefit from technology-based pedagogical practices. Playfulness is presented as an essential element to make the learning process more attractive and motivating, relating these approaches to Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning. The article concludes by emphasizing the continued need to pursue pedagogical innovation as a key element in preparing students for the challenges of contemporary education and improving the quality of teaching.

Abstract: The research analyses the territorial management of the Legal Amazon, understood as a state instrument for the defense of the ecological, economic and social potential of the territory.
