Abstract: This study aims to: Study the influence of Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence, and Social Intelligence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Aceh Kab. Gayo Lues. There is an influence between leadership style, emotional intelligence, and social intelligence on employee performance. One of the challenges faced by companies in improving employee performance is the difference in attitudes and behavior of individuals at work. This difference is the reason why employees show different levels of performance from one employee to another.
Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type. The population is all employees at PT. Bank Aceh Kab. Gayo Lues as many as 62 people. The method used in analyzing......
