Abstract: One of the most common form of oral destructive disease leading to tooth loss has been attributed to Periodontal disease. Decisions still remain complex for situations whether to go for extraction of these periodontally compromised teeth and there subsequent replacement with implants. The study evaluated for the success of implant therapy in periodontally compromised tooth situation with early prosthetic rehabilitation. The results achieved indicated a successful osteointegration immediate placement and loading in periodontally compromised fresh extraction case as well as in healed sites.

Abstract: Hernia Is The Latin Word Means Rupture, There Are Various Types Of Hernias Based On The Location And Etiology. The Only Method Of Treatment For Hernia Is Surgery, Open Anatomical Repair Or Laparoscopic Repair With Mesh Reinforcements, There Is Increased Recurrence Rate With Primary Anatomical Repair. Laparoscopic Intraperitoneal Onlay Mesh Repair (Ipom) Now Days Is A Method Of Choice For Ventral Hernia Repair Of Various Causes .Laparoscopic Incisional And Ventral Hernia Repair Was First Reported By Le Blanc And Booth In 1993. . It Has Benefits Of Lesser Pain Also And Fixation Of A Large Sized Mesh Apart From The Cosmetic Benefit......

Abstract: Background: Customized Bracket System Provides High Precision, An Optimum Orthodontic Result, With Less Chair Time, And A Predictable Treatment Course Is Helpful. The Customized System Requires The Orthodontist To Prepare It Over A Longer Period Of Time Than The Traditional Method Does. It Takes Several Steps To Set Up A Treatment Plan With The Customized Bracket System, Including Modification By An Orthodontist And A Technician. However, The Prolonged Planning Period Resulted In A Superior Treatment Outcome. Effective Treatment Planning.......

Abstract: Background: The Application Of Implants Has Significantly Expanded The Scope And Quality Of Prosthodontic Rehabilitation. The Patient's Function When Wearing A Conventional Complete Denture Prosthesis May Be Reduced To 60% Of That Formerly Experienced With Natural Dentition. Dental Implants Have Provided A Paramount Success Rate In Patients With Maladaptive Denture-Wearing Experience. This Case Report Describes The Steps Involved In Transitioning From An Edentulous Maxilla With Hopeless Teeth To A Full-Arch Implant-Supported Provisional Prosthesis. A Patient Came With A Failing Dentition In Maxilla, And After The Treatment, The Patient Had A Full-Arch, Implant-Supported Acrylic Complete Denture In The Maxilla. The Report Describes The Steps Involved In The Prosthodontic Rehabilitation; A Cost-Effective Treatment Plan, The Restoration Of Vertical Dimension, An Implant-Level Impression, A Verified-Master Cast.

Abstract:Fixed partial denture has always been considered as the golden standard for replacement of missing teeth as it will improve patient's comfort, masticatory ability, and patient's self-image1. Marginal adaptation is an important criteria for the long term clinical success of the restorations. Increased marginal discrepancy favors the rate of cement dissolution and increases the potential for micro leakage and plaque retention, which in turn raises the risk of recurrent caries, inflammation of vital pulp and onset of periodontal diseases2.......

Abstract:Persistent Pupillary Membrane(PPM) Is A Consequence Of Incomplete Involution And Atrophy Of The Pupillary Membrane. Most Ppms Require No Treatment Because They Rarely Cause Visual Impairment. Remnants Structure Vary From A Few Nonpigmented Threads To Thick Membrane Covering The Entire Pupil. The Aim Of This Case Report Is To Show Advantage Of Combined Surgical Membranectomy With Phacoemulsification With Intraocular Lens Implantation. We Describe A Case Of A Patient With Bilateral PPM And Cataract Having Significant Vision Loss In Bright Light. This Patient Underwent Bilateral Phacoemulsification Surgery Along With Membranectomy Without Any Complication. Conclusion......
