Abstract: Background: Hepatitis B virus infection causes life-threatening liver disease with global health problem. Hepatitis B, a silent killer, making infected persons unaware of the infection due to a lack of symptoms, making it difficult to identify the disease, diagnosing it, and manage the infection at an earlier stage . Awareness and knowledge about Hepatitis B infection among the public and high-risk populations are important to decrease the transmission and eradication of the virus. The high prevalence of HBV infection is due to both horizontal and vertical modes of transmission......

Abstract: The restoration of severely damaged teeth can be a real challenge for dentists who follow the rules of the contemporary conservative dentistry and preserve as much tooth structure as possible. The provision of inlays and onlays are a unique ally in this effort. Indirect partial coverage restorations are considered to be a conservative substitute for crowns. Advances in adhesive technologies and escalation in aesthetic demands have increased indications for tooth-coloured, partial coverage restorations. Partial indirect restorations classified as inlay and onlay enable conservation of the remaining dental structure, promoting reinforcement of a tooth compromised by caries or fractures. This case report is an attempt to enlighten the restoration of a carious tooth with asthetic indirect composite restoration..

Abstract: A perforation is a mechanical or pathologic communication between the external tooth surface and the root canal system which may be a result of pathologic factors such as caries or resorption as well as iatrogenic factors. Accidental perforations of the pulpal floor are a common endodontic mishap that might have a negative impact on the treatment outcome. Factors determining the prognosis include size and location of the defect, time, duration of exposure to contamination, the material used to repair it, the possibility of sealing the perforation and the accessibility to the main canal. This case report is an attempt to repair a furcal perforation in human teeth.

Abstract: Pyogenic Granuloma (PG) is a reactive hyperplasia of connective tissue in response to local irritants which may bleed on probing. Histologically, the surface epithelium may be intact, or may show foci of ulcerations or even exhibit hyperkeratosis. It predominantly occurs in the second decade of life with female predilection, and size of lesion varies in diameter from few millimeters to several centimeters, but rarely exceeds 2.5cm. Pyogenic Granuloma of the oral cavity is known to involve the gingiva commonly. Extra gingivally, it can occur on the lips, tongue, buccal mucosa, palate......
