Abstract: Background: Lumbosacral Radiculopathy is a term used to describe a pain syndrome occurring secondary to mechanical and/or inflammatory cycles compromising the nerve roots. Nerve conduction studies (NCS) are electrodiagnostic tests used to evaluate peripheral nerve function and assess the neuromuscular complaints. Abstract: Les métastases intramédullaires (MIM) représentent une complication neurologique rare et dévastatrice du cancer broncho-pulmonaire, Nous rapportons le cas d'un patient de 63 ans, tabagique chronique actif, qui présente un syndrome bronchique trainant associé à un déficit sensitivo-moteur des deux membres inférieurs, le bilan réalisé a permet le diagnostic d'un adénocarcinome peu à moyennement différencié d'origine broncho-pulmonaire avec localisation secondaire intra-médullaire, patient mis sous corticothérapie par voie générale associée à une chimiothérapie à base de Carboplatine -Paclitaxel en attendant le résultat de recherche des mutations. Abstract: Introduction : The proliferating trichilemmal cyst is a rare and generally benign tumor that develops at the expense of hair follicles of the scalp, which remains the most frequent location. We report two cases of trichilemmal cyst of the proliferating type, supplemented by a review of the literature. Observation : These are two patients elderly 57 years and 52 years without Tares, taken care of for tumors of the scalp evolving successively for 15 and 10 years. Morphological examinations (cranio-cerebral scanners) did not object bone lyses.
