Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe prospective teachers' awareness and regulated thinking process during problem solving algebra. Awareness in this study refers to attention and recall information. While regulated thinking refers to the planning, monitoring, and evaluation. This research is a qualitative case study strategy. Subjects numbered 65 prospective teachers, but taken two prospective teachers. The results showed that awareness and regulated thinking process refers to attention, recall information, planning, monitoring and evaluation. Prospective teachers' awareness and regulated thinking process during problem solving algebra moving is not linear, meaning not sequential and repetitive.

Abstract: The training for the teachers is first given before they take up the profession i.e. pre-service training then training is given at the time of their joining the school i.e. induction training and last but not the least is the training given during the tenure of their services as a teacher i.e. teacher i.e. in service training.In- service training means all education the training received by teachers and other related personnel after joining an educational institution that further develops their knowledge in their subjects and allied discipline. The entire educational systems of our country is in the process of change. We all know that no educational reform can be success full unless the quality of teacher is improved but in turn the quality of teacher depends to a large extent on the quality of teacher education.

Abstract: Human beings are expected to give assistance to each other in accordance with their capability and capacity as human beings themselves providing motivation to stay patient and trust in facing this journey of life. If it can be done by humans, God promises the slightest activities undertaken in this world would be rewarded by Allah. Problems of students revealed through instruments of AUM is the field of education and learning problems occupied first ranking, where 17% of the 360 students had problems of education and learning, then the problem of physical and health at the second with 16% of the 360 students experience physical problems and health, and at the third is 15% of the 360 students had problems of religious and moral values.

Abstract: A sprial curriculum model is designed to better motivate the students and improve thier learning interests and efficiency in English for General Puporse (hereafter referred to as EGP) teaching based on Jerome Bruner's relevance of education and sprial curriculum theory. Relevance of learning is reflected in the connection with stdents'daily lives and personal expericences, also with their future profession, the key concept is revisited several times during the learning process with increased complexity each time to train their different abilities in knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation in the form of introduction, presentation, study of the text, listening, discussions and scenario role play.
