Abstract: Global issues in instructional delivery strive towards ensuring quality of assessment techniques. This study investigated the scorer reliability of ITS achievement scores as measured by assessors from National teachers Institute (NTI) and National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) respectively. The study adopted an ex post facto cum correlation research design for the study. A total population of 745 scripts already marked by NTI examiners using the marking guides prepared for the purpose was involved in the study. One hundred and twenty-two (122) scripts which were randomly sampled by NOUN moderators, re-assessed using the same marking guides, constituted the sample for the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS computer program to determine the means, standard deviation and Pearson r correlation coefficient statistics. Results of the study indicated that the ITS achievement scores have high inter-item scorer reliability. Again, there was a significant correlation between the achievement scores as assessed by the two groups of assessors.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the level of performance in terms of scientific understanding and science process skills of Grade 12 senior high school students in the spiral progression approach of the K to 12 Science Curriculum. This utilized the quantitative – qualitative descriptive research, in which questionnaires and focused group discussion were used to gather the needed data. The study shows that the senior high school students have "high" level of scientific understanding as to the content of their science subjects and results showed that among the five science process skills, only the observation skills were found to be "very high" while experimentation, measurement, communication and inference skills measured "high level" as being possessed by the students.The......

Abstract: The study examined the effects of financial inclusion on economic growth in Nigeria from 2000 to 2018. Archival data sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria Statistical Bulletin was used for the estimation of the variables. The dependent variable of financial inclusion proxied by contribution of financial institutions to gross domestic product (GDP) was regressed on the explanatory variable of loan to small and medium enterprises (LSME), rural bank deposit (RBD) and control variable of inflation (INF). The ex-post factor research design was adopted for the study and diagnostic tests of unit roots and co-integration were conducted which show that the variables co-integration were mixed and show a long term relationship respectively. The statistical estimation of the explained and explanatory variable were done using auto-regressive distribution lag and findings from Wald tests indicate that....

Abstract: A reform in education is governed by the same logic that applies to transformation in general, which stipulates an active process of making change. The change factor in an educational reform is decisive because it reorients theory and practice towards priority areas in need of refinement. The intent of this paper is to assess the major educational reforms in Morocco over the 1999-2019 period. In particular, this paper begins with a general perspective of the Moroccan educational discourse. It chronicles the major educational reforms in Morocco since 1999. Then, a framework for conceptualising quality education is used in the estimation of four reform initiatives in Morocco: Morocco's National Education and Training Charter (NETC), the National Emergency Education Plan (NEEP), the Education Action plan (EAP) and the Strategic Vision for the Moroccan School Reform (SVMSR)......
