Abstract: The study examined the effect of recruitment practices and organizational performance. The study became necessary; due to the poor implementation of recruitment practices in tertiary health institutions. In Nigeria specifically, the study was designed to examine the effect of recruitment practices on organizational performance. Literature review was based on some selected variables for investigation. Two research questions and two hypotheses were formulated to guild the study. A cross sectional survey design was used with population size of 3,059, the sample size of 354 was used for data analyses. Taroyamene's estimation formula was used to determine the sample size for the study. A structured questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation was adopted for data analyses and test for hypotheses at 0.05 significance levels using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 20. Abstract: A study was carried out to determine the effectiveness of reflective teaching practices on teachers professional development among secondary schools teachers in Port Harcourt Metropolis. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The target population was 180 Agricultural Science teachers registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria in the two Local Government Areas that made up the study area. The sample size was 60, randomly selected from 12 schools. The instruments for data collection were structured questionnaire and interview schedule. The collected data were analyzed descriptively using mean and standard deviation. The findings identified some reflective teaching practices such as peer observation, feedback from students (students evaluation), recording lessons, teachers self report among others as being effective for teachers professional development. Abstract: In recent years, more and more enterprises cooperate with universities to cultivate talents. This article from three levels, and to study intellectual property professional personnel training mode, through to the regional distribution of talents specialized in intellectual property, curriculum, training methods and employment prospects to conduct a comprehensive analysis, comparison between docking perspective the advantages and disadvantages of different intellectual property talent cultivation patterns, and is suitable for China's national conditions to meet the market demand of the intellectual property rights of professional personnel training mode, and can effective countermeasures and Suggestions are given for different situation.

Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons that made the Southern Government to adopt a new curriculum apart from the Sudan national curriculum through comparison between the two curricula in social studies in the basic schools in Southern Sudan after the Nivasha comprehensive peace agreement (January, 2005). Abstract: Quality science learning in early years' education (EYE) programme provide a solid foundation for the subsequent development of scientific concepts that children will encounter throughout their academic lives. Section 9 of the fourth schedule of the constitution of Kenya (promulgated in 2010), outlines pre-primary education, as a function of county governments. County governments have a responsibility on budgetary allocation for physical infrastructure, remuneration of EYE teachers and provision of teaching and learning materials. Abstract: The purpose of study is to know attitudes of vocational interests through education towards D.El.Ed Teacher Trainees in KURNOOL(Dt) Everybody wants to settle with job their vocational interest in one's life. The Investigator has collected the data about 150 samples in Kurnool town among D.El.Ed Teacher Trainees. The Researcher used the simple Random Sampling Method to make Sample Design for his study. As per statistical analysis, The Result indicates that Gender and Locality would be significant difference between the Vocational Education streams towards Teacher Trainees of D.El.Ed in KURNOOL(Dt) Besides, Independent Variables like Management and students Educational Qualifications, do not differ significant different regarding Vocational Education streams towards Teacher Trainees of D.El.Ed in KURNOOL(Dt) The Researcher did apply statistical techniques like Mean, S.D, 't'-test and ANOVA test for result finding.

Abstract: This study investigated the management of environmental factors that affect senior secondary III student career choice in Rivers state. Four research questions and hypotheses guided the study. The population of the study consisted of 2,980 SS III students in five LGA of rivers state. The sample size for the study was 745 respondents which represents 25% of the entire population. The sample technique used was stratified random sampling technique. An instrument titled Management of Environmental Factors for Career Choice Scale (MEFCES) was used for data collection. The study adopted the descriptive survey design. The questionnaire was validated by experts in the field of measurement and evaluation. A reliability coefficient of 0.71 was derived which testified that the instrument was reliable. Abstract: The study assessed the effectiveness of user education in meeting undergraduate students' information needs in university libraries in Benue State, Nigeria. The study adopted a survey research design. The population for the study comprised of 4058 library registered third year students in the three universities in Benue State for the 2017/2018 session. Abstract: The study aimed at presenting a proposed strategy to achieve a competitive advantage in the Palestinian universities. The researchers used a focus group as a study tool which included some faculty members from three Palestinian universities (The Islamic University, Al-Azhar University, Al-Aqsa University). The researchers used the structural approach to formulatethe proposed strategy in order to achieve a competitive advantage at universities. The strategy was based on five fields (goals) which are (intellectual capital, scientific research, job satisfaction, organizational structures and the local and international relationships), and a vision that based on appropriate objectives and activities to achieve these goals.
