Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to approach, from a philosophical perspective, the relationship between responsibility and artificial intelligence, emphasizing some contemporary challenges of this relationship. To this end, we started with a brief exposition of the notion of responsibility from a philosophical perspective, highlighting its social aspect. We then analyzed responsibility in relation to objects developed by artificial intelligence (AI), pointing out that intelligent machines are programmed to think or imitate or replace human intelligence, in order to optimize problem solving and replace humans more efficiently in actions that are difficult or require much effort. Finally, we addressed some contemporary challenges concerning the ethics of artificial intelligence and responsibility. From.....

Abstract: Background: Critical thinking skills are a part of high-order thinking activities (High Order Thinking Skills) that students must master in 21st century learning. The use of Remap-Team Games Tournament (Remap-TGT) aims to create a quality learning experience such as an active-interactive learning atmosphere, interesting / not boring, excited and enthusiastic students in following the learning. This research is expected to increase the achievement of learning outcomes and be able to improve students' critical thinking skills as has been done by previous researchers.
Materials and Methods: The research method used is an experimental research method which aims to reveal whether or not there is an effect of the treatment on the variables that have been chosen to be used as research. The design of this study used the one-group.......

Abstract: Professional self-concept plays a vital role among nursing students enabling them to accept the profession and willingly render quality care to the patients in the future. This study aims to assess the level of professional self-concept among student nurses and to associate their socio demographic characteristics with it. A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted using Cowin's Nurses Self Concept Questionnaire (NSCQ) based on six dimensions namely Nurse General Self-Concept (NGSC), Care, Staff Relations, Communication, Knowledge and Leadership among 169 students, of RNBSN Bridge and BSN program selected using purposive sampling technique. The collected.....

Abstract: Background: Today, the expansion of new technologies can serve more than ever before in driving the relationship between teaching and learning. Indeed, the global pandemic situation requires opening up to opportunities for the dissemination of knowledge; in order to respond, in a first objective, to the spatiotemporal constraints required by the barriers of social distancing, and also, in a second objective, to the specific circumstances and considerations of the learners. A real transformation of training in Morocco is taking place, accompanied by a political will to make e-learning a success with the means and budgets available in new technologies. The present work consists in verifying whether the distance training mode is appropriate to the context of teachers within the framework....

Abstract: Background: The evaluation of training effectiveness is on the agenda. In fact, evaluation is becoming a pledge of quality and good management of the training, especially if it is designed according to a systemic and objective-based approach. The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT), under the Ministry of eduction of Morocco, is committed to the process of modernization of its structures and the enhancement of its capabilities. The attention given to training shows that the Office recognizes and approves the need for training to build skills and manage the changes. The Skills Training Center of Casablanca was restructured and was the subject of a development study in 2011. Training managers seem to be dissatisfied with current evaluation practices.....

Abstract: This study was conducted to find out the impact of ICT on teaching and learning of biological concepts among post graduate students in Rivers State. three research questions were raised and answered. Descriptive survey of process evaluation design was used. The population of the study consists of all lecturers and students in the Biological Science Depts. in the universities in Rivers State. A sample size of thirty (30) lecturers and seventy (70) students were sampled, therefore, a total number of hundred (100) respondents were used for this study. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire containing thirty (30) items, the instrument was validated for face and content validity. The result shows that all the respondents agreed that ICT is indeed relevant to the teaching and learning of Biological concepts with 27.8% agreeing to a great extent, 41.1 % agreed to a considerable extent and 31.1 % agreed to a moderate extent. The result also shows that21.1% agreed to a great extent, 33.3 % reacted to a considerable extent, 36.7% believed to a moderate extent, while 8.9 % agreed to a low extent or not at all that lecturers use ICT in the teaching It also shows that 35% agreed to a great extent, 32% agreed.....

Abstract: Performance is a key factor that is used in all sectors of human endeavours to measure the effectiveness of policies and achievements. In the educational sector, the performance of a student in learning and skill acquisitions have either a positive or negative impact on the well being of the student; and may have resulted from many features. This research focuses on analysing the effect of cohabitation status of parents for modeling student performance using machine learning approach. Some features that are related to cohabitation status of parents were extracted from the UCI machine learning repository consisting of about 32 features. Machine learning algorithms such as Random forest, Extreme Gradient Boosting, Support vector machines were used to analyse the data. Data....

Abstract: At TUEBA (Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration), vocabulary seems to be never less problematic or more appealing although tremendous efforts and concern have been invested. Both TUEBA teachers and students agree on the necessity of building and enriching the vocabulary, otherwise, the graduation requirement on IELTS band score of at least 5.5 for students of the advanced program may become extremely impossible. The main target of this research inquiry is to examine the usability, adaptability and flexibility of employing e-portfolios to develop EFL students' lexis at TUEBA. The findings of this proposal are supposed to function as a fundamental framework and innovative guidelines for both teachers and students at TUEBA regarding the application of e-portfolios.....
