Abstract: This paper reviews the impact of financial development in economic growth of Nepal using secondary data covering the time period of 1994-2018, has been collected from different sources. Simple descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and simple & multiple regression analysis have been used to answer the problem statement and achieve the objectives of the research Simple descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and simple & multiple regression analysis have been used to answer the problem statement and achieve the objectives of the research The result reveals that there is positive and significant relationship between banking sector development and economic growth of country. However the capital market development and financial liberalization have negative relations with economic growth of country. Capital market development needs to be more inclusive. It should include real sector. In the context of Nepalese economy NRB's restriction is necessary to channeled the capital fund to productive sector through SLR and CRR.

Abstract: In early 2021, non-fungible tokens (NFT) became the frst application of blockchain technology toachieve clear public prominence. The current popularity of non-fungible token (NFT) markets is one of the most notable publicsuccesses of blockchain technology. NFTs are blockchain-traded rights to any digital asset;including images, videos, music, even the parts of virtual worlds. Giventhe NFT market emerged out of cryptocurrencies, we explore if NFT pricing is related to cryptocurrency pricing. Abstract: Background: Public sector banks in India have undergone many mergers in recent years. The main purpose for these mergers is to improve efficiency and performance of the banks as well as the sector. There have been six major mergers carried out by some of the big public sector banks in last five years as per the government directive. Abstract: Inflation and sustainable growth have been the primary macroeconomic goals of any growing country, including Nigeria. Many researchers have looked into the impact of inflation on economic growth in depth; previous studies assumed that inflation has an asymmetric effect on Economic growth. The goal of this study is to use the Nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) approach to investigate the asymmetric effect of inflation on economic growth in Nigeria from 1990 to 2020. In the long run, the effects of inflation on economic growth are negative and asymmetric, In addition, the paper provides empirical evidence for policymakers to plan monetary policies. The study also provides empirical evidence for the authorities to plan monetary policies and control the inflation rate to achieve sustainable economic growth and development in the long run.

Abstract: As the companies within the economy have emerged with new and unique forms of employment structures, the system of a gig economy has risen to prominence. Within the gig economy, the ball game for employees has changed massively. While there are opportunities aplenty for a more flexible work environment, with increased decision-making autonomy for employees. Yet there also exist well documented shortcomings of such a system. Considering the dynamic and often undermined position held by women in the Indian economy, it is essential to assess whether the Gig economy is more beneficial for them and whether it would lead to better working conditions for women. This paper aims to comprehensively analyse the effect of the gig economy on women, with special emphasis on the time period during the covid outbreak, and subsequently suggest potential improvements which could be made to such a system for the benefit of women.
