Abstract:Spherical Ag NPs particles with smooth surface were obtained in the presence of Cassia auriculata leaves extract. The formation of dimensional structure of spherical took place with the addition of leaves extract and as the amount of 1Molar solution is increased in the reaction system the formation of spherical particles decreased gradually. Again, the prepared Ag NPs was successfully and its value was nearly 61 nm. When the Cassia auriculata leaves extract, it is used as reducing agent of Ag NPs from silver nitrate spherical particles, it was observed that the morphology of Ag NPs have studied by using scanning electron microscopy and Transmission electron microscopy after calcinations at 350 °C. The anticancer activities of Cassia auriculata was studied for MCF7 cell line and was reported.

Abstract: Background: Both infertility and subfertility are defined as the inability to conceive after a certain period of time (the length of which vary), so often the two terms overlap.Cytokines are important in health and disease, specifically in host responses to infection, immune responses, inflammation, trauma, sepsis, cancer, and reproduction, these have been shown to act both in an autocrine and paracrine manner to regulate preimplantation embryo development and migration which is necessary for placental development. When local injury-induced in endometrial tissue this enhance an inflammatory reaction which is useful for favors implantation of embryo. Natural killer cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells are recruited to the injured site and increased quantities of cytokines, growth factors, and chemokines Objectives:To assess the cytokine levels (IL6 & TNF-a) both in Serum & Endometrial secretions of infertile patients after induced Endometrial scratching.........

Abstract:The species of Cyathea delgadii Sternb. presents potential interaction with the flora and fauna, especially with the anuran fauna. Thus, the research aimed to verify the relationship between anuran amphibians and C. delgadii fern in two fragments in the brazilian Cerrado. The method used was active collection. eight species of anuran amphibians belonging to three families were recorded. Hylidae was the most representative, with six species, followed by Bufonidae and Leptodactylidae, which presented only one species each. Due to the lack of specific terms on species of anurans associated with arborescent ferns, especially with C. delgadii, the terms "samambaicolous" and "samambaigenous" were created, to guide future research that aims to know the ecology of anurans associated with ferns. For the anurans that use the ferns to shelter or for foraging activities, they will be called "samambaicolous" species, while the anuran species that use the ferns for breeding purposes will be called "samambaigenous".

Abstract: Smoking is pathological addiction and biggest health risk contributing to morbidity and mortality. India accounts 12 % of the global smokers with the highest number of cigarette smokers recorded in J&K. Our primary objective was to find out the level of dependence in tri-cities of Telangana using FTND scale and to create awareness as a clinical pharmacist. Of the data collected among 524 tobacco users, the mean age was 40 years and more than 65% people are moderate to severely addicted to tobacco and tobacco products. Smoking kills upto 50 % of tobacco users causing CAD with mortality rate of 30 – 40 % and 90 – 95 % of lung cancer, 12% of our study population have health related problems showing low QoL. Poor awareness, Work stress, Peer pressure were found to be the major factors for addiction. It was observed that these factors for addiction are modifiable with proper counselling and awareness. Government policies, NGOs and health care professionals in particular Clinical Pharmacist can make a significant contribution in smokers life and can have positive impact in their life..

Abstract: Introduction: Renal or ureteric calculi are a common incidental finding on abdominal imaging. In most cases no definite cause is identified and the natural cumulative recurrence rate is reported to be 14% at 1 year, 35% at 5 years and 52% at 10 years. Many factors, including race, diet, occupation and water hardness have been implicated in stone formation. In most cases a definite cause is not identified but certain predisposing factors are recognized. Non enhanced helical computed tomography (CT) has become the primary imaging modality for evaluating acute flank pain and suspected renal stone disease. Ultrasound has an important role in the diagnosis and management of urinary tract stones but it has its limitations. The safety and ease of the ultrasound examination are........

Abstract: The aim of the research iscloning the human tropomyosin and produce the recombinant protein from them .Tropomyosin 4, tropomyosin 3 iso 2, tropomyosin 4 iso 2 and PJC20 plasmid vector were used. Competent cells were prepared by rapid and highly efficient method in order to transform the DNA for cloning. The prepared insert DNA from pcr product and plasmid vector DNA were digested with restriction enzymes such as BamHI or XhoI and NdeI .followed by ligation step was carried out to produce the recombinant DNA. SDS-PAGE used to examine the expression of protein in the cell. The recombinant tropomyosin proteins were expected to characterize by using SDS-PAGE and western blotting technique and ELISA technique to check the reactivity of three different human tropomyosin isoforms with three different monoclonal antibodies. The simple method to produce the recombinant protein was described here. These proteins are useful in therapeutic replacement therapies and treatment of life threatening markers..

Abstract: Ocular coloboma is a rare eye malformation due to faulty closure of the embryonic fissure, which normally occurs in the sixth and seventh weeks of fetal development. Coloboma may involve various parts of the eye, including the iris, lens, ciliary body, choroid, retina, and optic nerve. Classic defects include the absence of the inferior quadrant of the iris, choroid, and retina [1,2]. Associated ophthalmologic manifestations can include cataract, microcornea, nystagmus, optic atrophy, and retinal detachment [3]. We report here a case of iris and chorioretinal coloboma with bilateral congenital cataract..........
