ABSTRACT: An efficient architecture is proposed in this paper for high speed Discrete Wavelet Transform computing. The proposed architecture includes Line Buffers, PIPO and Lifting Block. This architecture works in non-separable fashion using a lifting scheme computes 1D, 2D and 3D-DWT at different resolution levels. The lifting scheme represents the fastest implementation of the DWT. A Verilog model is described and synthesized using Xilinx 14.4.The architecture has regular systolic structure, simple control flow for data extraction and small embedded buffers.

In the case of moving object detection and tracking, an integrated Kalman Filter based system can be used. Automatic object detection is usually the first task in a camera-based surveillance system and background modelling (BM) is commonly used to extract predefined information such as object's shape, geometry and etc., for further processing. But occlusion handling is required to perform advanced recognition and segmentation processes................

ABSTRACT: Skin diseases rate has been increasing for past few decades. Psoriasis is chronic inflammatory skin disease which affects more thgan 3% of population. One of the risk factor in skin cancer is unprotected exposer to UV radiation, which causes various skin diseases. For early diagnosis of skin cancer, psoriasis and dermatophytosis and increases chance for cure significantly. Therefore proposed system used for early prevention and detection named a Image analysis system to detects skin diseases. The image analysis technique where user will able to take skin images of different mole type or rashes type. System will process and analyse the images, which provide notification to user you need medical help. This system provides automatic skin diseases prevention and detection.

ABSTRACT: A register that is designed to allow the bits of its contents to be moved to left or right is known to be a shift register. Shift registers may be implemented by using pulsed latches and flip flops.However,shift register implemented by pulsed latches have power and area problems .So, flip flops are preferred over pulsed latches. In this paper, a VLSI architecture for low power area efficient VLSI architectures for shift register using explicit pulse triggered flip flop based on signal feed-through scheme is proposed. The performance of the proposed shift register is compared with that of the shift register implemented by using pulsed latches.................

ABSTRACT: In present generation Cryptography plays a crucial role in security purpose. Security comes mostly with three parameters Confidentiality, Integrity and authentication. All these terms are important for a data to be secured. For hardware implementation of this process Montgomery Modular Multiplication is used, for encryption process in public key cryptography. This paper is discussing about the Semi Carry Save based Montgomery Modular Multiplication (SCS-MM2), with high speed performance. In this Paper, we propose a modified SCS based Montgomery modular multiplication (SCS-MM2) with a Reversible Carry Save Adder (RCSA) using peres gates, so that the performance can be increased, and its simulation and synthesis results are presented................

ABSTRACT: This paper presents design of a Double Gate (DG) heterostructure based tunnelling FET with Subthreshold less than 60 mV/decade. The designed DG-FET has attained the sub-threshold slope (SS) of 51.5 mV/decade and provides on-current of 1.93 nA/μm2 for Si3N4 as tunnel dielectric material. Due to non-similar doping of the regions there is no ambipolarity in the device characteristics which further reduces the off currents by 9.29fA/μm. The on-current in this structure can be enhanced by increasing the height..............
