Abstract: Beginning of the 1960s, Ugandan smugglers needed a cheap, reliable, and quiet way to move materials between Uganda and Kenya. Cars were too expensive and noisy, and so were motorbikes. Their choice was to use bicycles which, with a little luggage rack behind the seat, were perfect for evading the border police while transporting valuable goods. The idea had an unexpected development. Those bikes were so strong that perhaps were also suitable as taxis to transport people. Michael Lipton, identified rural isolation and distance from urban centers as the real obstacle to the growth of developing countries (Lipton 2014).

Title | : | The Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy And Risk Preference on The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship Education And Entrepreneurial Career Option: A Conceptual Perspective |
Country | : | Malaysia |
Authors | : | YakubuAbdullahiYarima || Dr.Norashidah Bint Hashim |
Abstract: The relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention has established by several researches, but there are inconsistencies in the findings. Many studies highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education in promoting entrepreneurial intention among graduates. In contrary, numerous studies reported a negative and significant relationship between the two constructs. This conceptual paper maintained that graduate with entrepreneurship training are most likely to become entrepreneur. It is also maintained that graduate with entrepreneurship training might not necessary become entrepreneur unless he/she possesses entrepreneurial self-confidence and risk preference for entrepreneurial career. The study provides assumptions that helps in future studies and makes suggestion for future research.

Title | : | Analysis of Response Times When Purchasing Rational And Emotional Products, Compared to A Cognitive Task. A Study Using FMRI |
Country | : | |
Authors | : | Mikel Alonso López, Ph.D. |
Abstract: Several authors investigates the relationship between the rational and the emotional product purchasing. They normally associates the emotional purchasing with a lower time response, and the rational with a faster one, because of the time needed to think. We use the FMRI technique to find out if this is really happening, and we compare this two buying tasks with pure rational or cognitive task, to investigate if this one is similar to the rational buying process. As we can see in the discussion, the times that people need to buy both rational and emotional types of products are very similar, and different to the time needed to perform a cognitive task.

Country | : | India |
Authors | : | SohailMohiuddin Pasha |
Abstract: The study has examined the effect of personality traits on the academic performance of students in introductory management course at the undergrad level of business students. The researcher collected data from 100 students from two well recognized business institutes namely; College of Business Management (CBM) and Institute of Health Management (IHM). It has been found that nearly all five traits of personality were found insignificantly correlated with the students' performance academically in the course of study. However, with having no significance it can be inferred that the traits are positively correlated with the grades of students (r= .151). Regression analysis has been done to assess the impact of traits with the students' academic performance
