Abstract: This study is based on the pros and cons of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) that offers users a framework for creating uncontested market space and diverts the views from the current competition to the creation of innovative value and demand. The main objective of the study is to show the overall scenario of BOS and its impact on organizational performance. The study includes the history of BOS, comparison with Red Ocean Strategy (ROS), relevance of applying BOS, Applications, Critics, Findings, Recommendations and Conclusion. The Findings of the study tries to show the ultimate results of applying the BOS and the recommendations urge some precautions to apply BOS. The result found that BOS positively affects the organization performance if applied in organizations.............

Abstract: The Global Workforce characteristics are changing worldwide. It is showing the growing diversity across sectors with heightened multicultural environment. The last decade had seen a remarkable change in the trend of approach of the organizations through various innovative practices. Abstract: There has been a greater realization of the significance of risk management in higher education worldwide and more specifically in Open and Distance Learning institutions. Advancement of this interest has resulted in acceptance of the enterprise risk management (ERM) concept in these organizations. Abstract: The study analysed the factors that influence the effectiveness of strategy execution in Open and Distance Learning institutions. The qualitative research methodology was employed with the research design taking a case study approach. Primary data were gathered through interviews and direct and participant observation methods. The study also utilized secondary data from journal publications mainly focusing on the area of strategy execution. The research population was composed of management in ODL universities in the SADC region. Abstract: This research aims to analyze working environment of a foreign private banks operating in Kurdistan Region of Iraq and examines the relationship between the workplace physical conditions and employee's productivity. The research uses qualitative approach, the data was collected from a questionnaire distributed to 50 employees working in four foreign banks in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.The result will show that There is a relationship between office environment and productivity of employees. Behavioral components of office environment have a greater effect on productivity, than the physical components alone. And Satisfaction of Employees towards overall Workplace Environment leads to productivity.
