Abstract: In the modern, fast moving business environment a new breed of leaders are required for the changing technological revolution and discovery needs. People at the top are expected to think fast and adapt to the changes by finding new ways to their teams. The ability to meet those challenges is based on a combination of confidence on self and confidence on people who lead. Great leaders always inspire with their specific personal characteristics which set them apart from others. It is a human nature to know how one reacts in an extreme or challenging situation and how one is able to think and act beyond the usual boundaries and make a real difference in the business world............

Abstract: This research aimed at analyzing the influence of Investment management practices on financial performance of manufacturing companies using evidence from Kenya's sugar industry. The following specific objectives were addressed by this study: to assess the influence of strategic Investment management practices on financial performance of sugar Manufacturing companies in Kenya and to determine the influence of Board structure as a moderating factor on the financial performance of sugar manufacturing companies in Kenya. This study was guided by agency theory. This research adopted a descriptive research design in which a census of all the targeted population of 12 manufacturing companies jointly from sugar manufacturing industry were drawn from a list of 800 manufacturing companies in Kenya.............

Abstract: Community participation in tourism development has been received a lot of attention. A research with qualitative and quantitative combination has performed to describe the community participation in ecotourism development in Kelimutu National Park, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This research involves 362 respondent and 36 informants to describe the community participation in ecotourism program. This research shows that community participation was implemented in symbolic participation form. Community involvement practically only used as a conditions to get program approval.............

Abstract: The continuing growth and expansion of organised retail Industry in India has opened the door for new investment opportunities as well as to make India strongest economy in the world. Effective supply chain management is the key driver for the success of organised retail industry. Abstract: Thisreview paperstudies the influence of the national culture onflying safety in the cockpit. Likewise, the study aims toevaluate the pilot behaviour and response to risk during flight in terms of pilot decision-making. According to Helmreich (2000), ―cultural values are so deeply ingrained; it is unlikely that exhortation, edict, or generic training programs can modify them. The challenge is to develop organizational initiatives that congruent with the culture‖. Thus,evaluating the technology-culture interference impact on a pilot's decision-making performance, within a specific region gives deep understanding of the pilot's behaviour under the effect of this region national culture.............

The majority of the research indicated that the use of ICT was fruitful; its implementation raised the motivation of the students towards learning through breaking the conventional methods of teaching.
