Abstract: This study is to describe the relationship between life purpose and instrinsic motivation and the impact to the job achievement among the employees in paper mill factory in East Java province, Indonesia. The data was collected from 165 operator level employees in production department, consists of Deinking Plant, Stock Preparation and Paper Mill. Abstract: This paper establishes the relationship between e-commerce and sustainability factors in the business organizations. The author has also shown the medium to the high positive effect of e-commerce on a clear majority of twenty sustainability factors belonging to environmental, economic, social and general domains as per the opinion survey. Given the effect of e-commerce on sustainability factors, with an overall mean score of 3.61 out of the maximum rating of 5 in an opinion survey, consequently the respondent generally believesthat the e-commerce does have a positive effect on the overall sustainability of an organization...........

There was a tremendous increase in FDI inflows from October, 2014 to June, 2015, of almost 40%. Abstract: Inventory management which is an integral part of the working capital management is viewed as a fundamental catalyst of ensuring corporate profitability. It occupies the most strategic position in the structure of working capital of most business enterprises. It constitutes the largest component of current asset in most business enterprises. In the sphere of working capital, the efficient control of inventory has passed the most serious problem to the cement mills because about two-third of the current assets of mills are blocked in inventories.............

Abstract: As a result of the need for cashless economy, the banking sector has come up as electronic banking popularly known as the e-banking system. It encourages the utilization of electronic (computer platform) to perform payment through bank transfers in terms of biometrics although their growth has not been as fast as some have predicted. Abstract: This study attempted to determine the effect of financial leverage as afinancial distress factor on financial performance of commercial banks in Kenya. Secondary data was used in a census commercial banks from 2005 to 2015 was extracted from financial statements of 38 commercial banks out of the possible 44 commercial banks in operation as at 31st December, 2015 in accordance to CBK as a regulatory body. Data was collected from 2005 to 2015.descriptive and analytical design was adopted. The results show perfect positive correlation between debt equity ratio with return on equity andreturn on assets as well return on equity...........
