Abstract: The article appraises dynamic interaction between Shariah and non-Shariah indices in India. The study uses an estimation of granger causality test and vector error correction model. The results suggest strong cause bi-directional relationship influences of BSE Sensex on Nifty 50 and Nifty Shariah 25 index and its uni-directional influences on Nifty Shariah 50 and Nifty Shariah 500 index. Thus, while the results suggest that Nifty 50 has bi-directional casual influences on BSE and Nifty Shariah 25 index but its uni-directional significant cause on Nifty Shariah 50 index and Nifty Shariah 500 index.........

Abstract: Microfinance banks in Nigeria and Abakaliki metropolis in particular face a lot of challenges that could be surmounted by committed workers. While many organisational commitment predictors abound, little attention has been given to ethical climates. Thus, the study was aimed at determining the strength and direction of relationship between ethical climate dimensions and organisational commitment dimensions with a view to determining the predictive ability of the former in respect to the latter. Abstract: The power sector in India is emergingrapidly, facing a big challenge in attracting and retaining talented employees.Thermal power contributes nearly 65% of India's total power demand. Thermal power plants require technical manpower for operation and maintenance of existing units and expert manpower for erection and commissioning of new power plants. Not only technical, but, competent manpower is needed for managerial and services functions to have sustainability and cost-effectiveness of these power plants.........

Abstract: GST which is known as Goods and Services tax is considered to be one of the most crucial reforms in India. It is indirect tax structure designed to support and enhance the economic growth of a country. More than 150 countries have implemented GST so far. It is a comprehensive tax system that will bring all indirect taxes of states and central governments and unified economy into a seamless national market. This paper presents an overview of GST Concept, explains its prospects and challenges faced by India in execution.

Abstract: The main aim of the study is to investigate the impact of TV talk shows on social development in Bangladesh. At first, we want to observe the attitude of people regarding the TV talk shows. Second, we want to see the political influence over the TV talk shows. Finally, we analyses how much impact on the people's way of thinking. As sample, we select the people who watch TV talk shows and the students of University of Information Technology & Sciences (UITS). The finding of the study suggested that there is no major impact of TV talk shows on the social development of Bangladesh.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find a correlation in between the generations X, Y and Z with careers anchors illustrated by Edgar H. Schein. The study was design to benefit the participants, their college and the companies of the region of Campinas. With the survey applied to 267 students that are entering and graduating from the Adventist Institution of Higher Education of Hortolândia. The results indicate that the most frequent career anchor is the Lifestyle, which shows that future professionals are looking not only to maintain a faithful relationship with the professional world, but also in the family, health and leisure - the real juggler
