Abstract: Relationship lending is regarded as a potentially vital instrument linking interests of borrowers with those of lenders through a screening mechanism that identifies reliable economic agents and selects the good from bad borrowers (Brown and Zehnder, 2006). Therefore lending relationship is also the influencing factor to the credit payment performance.The current study focus on the impact of lending relationship on the credit repayment performance in MSME. The registered 474 MSME owners of virudhunagar district are selected as the sample for the current study. The result reveals that there is the positive impact of lending relationship on the credit repayment performance.

Abstract: Tourism industry is important for economic growth and development globally, as it has contributed 10.2% of the world's GDP in the year 2016 (WTTC report 2016)4. Countries are competing in global tourism industry by creating the tourist destination brand. Abstract: This study explains the relationship between Internal locus of control on intrinsic motivation and employee performance of ceramic companies in East Java. Data were obtained from a sample of 160 level employees at the production department, which consisted of Raw Material, Body Preparation, Drying and Packing. There are three findings. First, the Internal locus of control significantly influence intrinsic motivation, this is indicated by the p value of 0.003. Second, an Internal locus of control has a significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the p value of 0,032 and the third intrinsic motivation has an effect on significantly to employee performance this is indicated by the p value equal to 0,047. The result of the research shows that Internal variable of locus of control is not dominant to form performance but must pass first intrinsic motivation owned by employees.

Abstract: The Consumer Protection Act was enacted in 1986 to protect the consumers from unfair trade practices. There are certain rights provided to every consumer by the Consumer Protection Act. Every consumer must be aware of the consumer rights and responsibilities. In the present study, an attempt was made to find the awareness levels among the rural consumer. To collect the data, 150 sample respondents were selected from Chevella revenue mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana state.

Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to formulate a proper and proportional allocation of budget allocation for all Local Government Work Units (LGWU/SKPD) in implementing the implementation of Regional Government. Thus the formulation can be used as a guide for Polewali Mandar Regency Government in determining budget allocation for work unit, so that the principle of efficiency, transparency, and accountability of budget usage can be realized. The research methodology uses the Input-Outpu and Social Accunting Maatrix (SAM) model that can clarify the distribution of budget allocations according to the functions and variables owned by each LGWU/SKPD.........................

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to establish the organizational factors influencing human resource development in commercial banks in Nakuru town. The objectives of the study were to assess the influence of organizational policies on human resource development and to establish the influence of career progression on human resource development in commercial banks in Nakuru County. The study was guided by the Herzberg two factor theories, the Maslow's hierarchy of needs' theory and systems theory of human resource development. The study was based on a descriptive survey design.
