Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to compare piping products among market players using MCDM techniques. The main aim of this paper is to know about the category of pipes which are preferred by the builders and contractors in the Kolkata region and their opinion regarding CPVC pipes and Flow guard Technology. The central focus is to study the change in trend of PVC/ GI pipes to CPVC/ UPVC and trend in future and to find out the major influencing factors in currently used product and the major factors taken into consideration while choosing plumbing piping material by builders and contractors. The study was carried across major areas in Kolkata region with builders and contractors.

Abstract: It is estimated that globally over 2.5 billion people are excluded from access to financial services of which one third are in India. For a developing country like India, the era is of Inclusive growth and development. An important principle of the inclusive growth strategy is that the constituents of development policy must be managed in an efficient manner and the success of which can be evaluated in terms of high rate of economic growth, greater distributive equity and poverty reduction as an irreducible set of policy objective within the framework of democratic governance. India is moving ahead on the path of transformative and technologically advanced economy and striving hard to establish a pattern of social order based on the principle of distributive justice and providing equal opportunities of growth to masses. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) on customer trust and loyalty at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit of TanjungSelorTown. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 customers as respondents. Using a likert scale measurement with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that, CRM has no significant negative effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of -0.11 with P = 0.148 (> 0.05). CRM has a significant positive effect on customer trust with a coefficient of 0.75 with P = *** (<0.05). Furthermore, customer trust also has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of 0.79 with P = 0.010 (<0.05). This shows that.........

Abstract: A partir de l'année 2000, et suite à la demande de plusieurs institutions, l'IASB s'est intéressé au problème d'un référentiel comptable à l'usage des PME. Après plus de cinq années de travaux et de consultations à grande échelle, ce grand projet a aboutit et s'est soldé finalement par la publication en juillet 2009 de la norme IFRS pour PME. Même si elle a été très attendue, cette norme a fait l'objet très rapidement de nombreuses critiques. En effet, d'un côté, certains jugent qu'il existe toute une liste d'opportunités qui peut motiver une PME à basculer vers cette nouvelle norme ou un pays à l'adopter. D'autres parties ont posé la question de savoir si la norme n'était pas à la fois trop complexe pour les petites entreprises et trop sommaire pour les plus grandes entreprises ayant le droit de l'utiliser.......

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Financial Performance, Ownership Structure, and Good Corporate Governance to the opportunity of disclosure of Triple Bottom Line on Mining Sector Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Triple Bottom Line disclosure is defined as a result of a company report that links the overall performance of the company from both the economic, social and environmental aspects.
