Abstract: Tension & stress have become the part & parcel of everyday life. In the modern world which is said to be a world of achievements, one finds stress everywhere in life. Right from the time of birth till the last breath drawn, an individual is invariably exposed to various stressful situations. If stress continues over a prolonged period of time (unrelieved stress) results in burnout. Job Burnout is a psychological term that refers to long-term exhaustion and diminished interest in work. Understanding burnout to be personal and private is problematic when it functions to disregard the ways burnout is largely an organizational problem caused by long hours, little down time and superior surveillance. The credit –deposit ratio is an Indicator of progress of any financial institution like commercial banks. It indicates the level of credit deployment of banks in relation to deposits mobilized by them. A high credit-deposit ratio indicates that larger portion of deposits is used to earn maximum interests.The study has carried out with a purpose to present the performance of public sector banks through the c-d ratio in last decades by classifying credits and deposits along with the percentage. The current study is an attempt to find out the various factors that justify the performance of commercial banking in Bihar. In this study secondary data was used and the sample size of the study was from 2010 to 2015.

Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the level of Emotional Intelligence and also examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance of Intermediate students. The sample of the study consisted of 300 second year Intermediate girl students of Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh. To measure the emotional intelligence construct the researcher had employed Dr.S.K.Mangal and Mrs.Shubra Mangal's EI Inventory (2004) scale and academic achievement was tested taking into account the past 3 years and current year aggregated pass percentages. A random sampling technique was adopted in this descriptive survey research. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools like mean, standard deviation, Coefficient of variation, ANOVA and Correlation. The Results indicated a positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Academic Achievement of students. Abstract: The study examines the customer fit, risk and trust perceptions towards the financial services offered by organized retailers. The data were collected from the customers of selected organized retailers those who are offering financial services. Using purposive sampling method 502 respondents residing in Bangalore, India were involved in the survey. Analysis of variance and T-Test was used to study the fit, risks and trust perceptions and compared with four groups of customers namely loyal vs. non-loyal, aware of financial services of retailers vs. un-aware, users vs. non-users and intended vs. non-intended to purchase financial services from retailers to find out whether there are any dissimilarities in terms of fit, risk and brand trust among these groups. Abstract: This Study Examined The Effectiveness And Usefulness Of Formal – Informal Financial Institutions' Synergy As A Promising Alternative To The Funding Of Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises In Nigeria. Three Sets Of Structured Questionnaires Were Administered To Operators Of Micro, Medium And Small Businesses, Formal And Informal Financial Institutions In The South-South Geo-Political Zone Of Nigeria. The Data Obtained Were Subjected To Probit And Principal Component Models Of The E-Views Econometric Software. The Study Found That Financial Institutions' Synergies Is Majorly Constrained By Weaknesses Of Regulatory And Operational Framework And Lack Of Confidence Among Industry Players. Abstract: Smart homes technology has been presented as a key means by which households can optimize their use of energy-consuming appliances. This study therefore aims to propose a research framework that integrates the technology acceptance model (TAM), theory of planned behaviour (TPB), UTAUT 2 and other constructs to enrich literature and capture some perceptions of individual users of smart homes technology.
