Abstract: Workplace bullying is considered to be hazardous for the well-being of the employees, and organizations. Despite its known vices, organizations often fail to curb it or even recognize it. Moreover, being seldom studied in the Indian organizations, a need to further explore the phenomenon is vital, in the relentlessly changing work environment and workforce. In light of the same, this paper aims to understand targets' perception of bullying in Indian organizations. A constructivist grounded theory approach was used to analyze the data, collected through in-depth interviews with 17 participants. The findings suggest that person-led organizations' or centralized organizations, nurture bullying behavior. The study informs on the approaches of the leaders in centralized organizations that empower the bullies. Further is states the types of bullies and the types of targets recognized. Unavailability of a system in organizations makes it difficult for the targets to raise voices. This findings of this paper imply that the leaders of such organizations should revisit their working styles to ensure harmonious environment..

Abstract: Sustaining in remote areas of the world, struggling to nurture crops on tiny plots of poor land, farmer of India overuse macro fertilizers and miss the benefits they could gain from micro-fertilizers appropriate for their crops and soil. They also have no scientific understanding of pest life cycles, and thus often experience crop failure when a preventable infection or infestation arises. Now, new Agro-input companies have come up with the products—including fertilizer, seeds and pesticides—to help these farmers grow healthier, more abundant crops. However, these companies are failing to reach smallholder farmers with the products and product advice they need. With no access to meaningful market information, these companies struggle to develop aggregate demand forecasts required to drive costs out of the supply chain and maximize sales. Smart Farming is the new industry which is combining large data sources.............

Abstract: This study investigated the links between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty related to customers patronizing star rated hotels, and the moderation roles of experiential encounter and customer patronage. This was investigated in a sample of 347 loyalty program members. Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and bivariate relationships. In addition simple moderation, additive moderation and moderated moderation were performed to analyze the effects of customer satisfaction, experiential encounter, and customer patronage in predicting customer loyalty of loyalty program members patronizing star rated hotels. Results show that customer satisfaction moderated by experiential encounter did not predict the levels of change in customer's loyalty to star rated hotels. Additive moderation shows a significant conditional effect of experiential encounter and customer patronage on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This raises the importance of further researching customer satisfaction impacts on loyalty programs members especially during periods of high customer patronage of the star rated hotels.
