Abstract: The last few decades' information technology has been extensively used by the manufacturers. This new tool applied in simple machinery application, manufacturing, planning and marketing etc. The application of IT in manufacturing cell costs and management are the main advantage. In late 1980s the computer integrated manufacturing has been introduced for enhancement of performance, efficiency, operational flexibility product quality and time to market. However the full strategic advantage of use of IT was poorly understood and could not be exploited ( Cagliano, R.as Spina G.J .Ops Mgmt 2003,18,169). Computer aided design (CAD) system paved the way for facilitating the integration among diverse software applications. (Chryssolouris G Manufacturing System theory and Practice). The Process of information system over the last decade played a very crucial role in the adaptation of new information Technology in the environment of manufacturing system.

Abstract: With the many proposals that are available today in the automotive market, it has become very difficult to choose a car rationally. Before starting your research, it is important to know your needs. This article proposes to study the determinants of the choice of a vehicle brand of Goma. A questionnaire was designed and administered to a sample of vehicle owners found in the city of Goma. A non-probabilistic survey of convenience was used and we obtained 50 usable responses. The data from our survey was processed using SPSS software. Through modeling, the results show that the important factors in choosing a vehicle brand in the city of Goma according to the order of preference are: the Brand; the state of the vehicle; the Transport Facility; the purchase price; the availability of spare parts; Easy maintenance; Adaptation to road infrastructures; the luxurious character; comfort and stability; Number of seats (seats); the engine power; the Model and the Speed.

Abstract: This study sought to determine the effect of corporate earnings on dividend payout ratio of commercial banks listed at the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE). Secondary data was collected for a period of 10 years (January 2007 to December 2016) on an annual basis. The study employed a descriptive cross-sectional research design and a multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the variables. The results of the study indicated that corporate earnings were significantly related to dividend payout ratio and that liquidity was a determinant of the payout ratio. The results further revealed that only profitability and liquidity produced positive and statistically significant highlight of the payout ratio. Bank size and debt ratio were found to be statistically insignificant determinants of dividend payout ratio of commercial banks. This study recommends that adequate measures should be put in place to improve and grow earnings of commercial banks.

Abstract: This study analysed the effects of size, diversity and collaboration on departmental research productivity. A premier institution offering academic, research, clinical services and public education in communication disorders was selected for the study. The data set comprised of 257 funded projects by 41 teaching faculty from 2005-06 to 2014-15. Team size was reckoned in terms of total faculty size, performers size and number of doctorates in the team. The diversity attributes studied included diversity in age, gender, rank, qualification, diversity in years of teaching experience (YTE) and clinical experience (YCE). The influence of size and diversity differed among the departments. A trend of diminishing marginal returns was observed beyond a certain department size............

Abstract: Policy of a nation like national ownership, the supply of money, EXIM policy, budget, the rate of interest and the taxation are crucial to deciding the supply and deficit of nation's monetary and fiscal element. For a developing nation like India, the two major changes faced during the year 2016-17 and 2017-18 were demonetization and GST (Goods and Service Tax). Demonetization is an act of considering the currency unit as illegal whereas GST states the single tax levy throughout the nation. The change has affected almost every business firm, corporate and individual nationally and globally. Any kind of such is reflected directly in the monetary system, especially to the banking sector............
