Abstract: This study adopted the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to probe into customers' importance and satisfaction with service quality, in order to suggest operational strategy for aquarium H. This study distributed questionnaires to consumers of aquarium H. After retrieving the questionnaires, the priority to improve service quality was determined using IPA. The results suggested that service personnel always attend to the customers even when they are busy. The facility is clean, and routes and signs are clearly indicated. To consumers, these two items are highly important, but have not met their expectation. Hence, the aquarium should improve these items to enhance competitiveness.

Abstract: Medical tourism is a term initially coined by travel agencies and the mass media to describe the rapidly growing practice of traveling to another country to obtain health care. According to Mary Tabacchi, Health Tourism is any kind of travel to make oneself or a member of any family healthier. More recently the phrase "Global Healthcare" has emerged, and may replace the earlier terms. Such services typically include elective procedures as well as complex specialized surgeries such as joint replacement, cardiac surgery, dental surgery, and cosmetic surgeries. The provider and customer use informal channels of communication connection-contract, with less regulatory or legal oversight to assure quality and less formal recourse to reimbursement or redress

Abstract: Until the early 2000s, Morocco did not have a real national innovation system (SNI) based on a dynamic technology policy open to the productive sector. The system dedicated to scientific research was indeed characterized by the lack of resources, the heterogeneity of the elements that made it up, a lack of coordination between its different bodies and the lack of synergy between scientific research (Academia) and companies. The purpose of this paper is to examine the trajectory of Morocco's National System of Innovation and to analyze the ambivalence that drives it. On the one hand, we seek to highlight the efforts made by the actors to strengthen the system by intensifying systemic interactions a priori between them and, on the other hand, we try to identify the shortcomings and obstacles that handicap its dynamism and draw some lessons..............

Abstract: Traditionally the primary focus of corporate reporting has been on disclosure through corporate annual reports to the shareholders. In recent years, however, the scope of corporate reporting has undergone a remarkable change. It is now widely agreed that a company is a socio-economic entity. Accordingly, a company enters into a legal and a social agreement with the society. The social contract theory states that a company is under an obligation to justify its existence in society in terms of both these agreements. Thus, the accountability of a company in the new regime has two distinct aspects. One is legal and other is social. Importantly, in the new regime, the accountability of a company extends to such other publics as employees, suppliers, customers, government and the society at large. In short, a company is at present accountable for its performance and affairs not only to the shareholders but also to the other stakeholders. In alternative terms, companies are now obliged to serve the additional informational needs of the aforesaid public even though not mandated under the law.
