Abstract: The Principle of Employer Branding was initially presented in 1996, where the writers specified "company brand name" as "the bundle of useful, financial as well as psychological advantages offered by work, as well as determined with the using firm" (Amber & Barrow, 1996). Abstract: Public organizations, including universities, have for a long time demonstrated enormous deficiencies. From the 80s, the improvement of their performance has become a major issue calling for certain public management reforms grouped under the expression "New Public Management". This is a new approach imported from the private sector to overcome the performance experienced by the public sector. The era of New Public Management (NMP) began by mobilizing British and American reforms as a unified phenomenon or movement that was later exported worldwide. The spirit of New Public Management is to bring new concepts such as efficiency, effectiveness and relevance. In other words, develop a culture of performance and evaluation in the public sector. However, and after 30 years, the NPM raises today the question of its utility and its contribution in the public organization.....

Abstract: When buying clothes at the physical store, it is too troublesome for us to try on various clothes, especially in winter. But on the other hand, I often cannot get perfect clothes that are suitable for me from online shopping. Abstract: The cause of many pet lovers' communities is the increasing of society's income. Maintaining pets has become the lifestyle of Indonesian society, especially in the middle to upper classes. The increasing number of pets encourages demand for pets need. It becomes an opportunity for Pet Goods to sell its products using online media among of mini dog lovers. Since Pet Goods is a newcomer to the world of online retail, Pet Goods requires a right planning for marketing communication strategies to improve the brand awareness among the dog lovers. Because of that, the writers would make a strategic planning for promoting Pet Goods in the right way for 12 months by utilizing social media such as Instagram and YouTube. This marketing plan is expected to increase the brand awareness of Pet Goods so that later also can increase company sales.

Abstract: Monetary and real sectors are economic activities that have developed dynamically. One of the effects is towards the banking sector. The purpose of this study is to determine between good corporate governance (GCG) and risk management and its implementation with bank performance before and after the implementation of OJK regulation based on the test conducted. This study also assesses the company (bank) is an approach used to see all the needs and information related to the corporate value (bank) that can be prepared completely by policymakers. This research method uses explanative survey with structural equation modeling analysis. The sample of this research is foreign, government, and private banks which can be obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI) website. The period taken is the period 2008 - 2016. The role of the financial services authority affects the average value of GCG and risk management mechanisms. However, the performance of the bank and the value of the company has no effect when compared before and after the formation of the financial services authority.

Abstract: Nigeria and other countries in Africa are referred to as developing nations in the international community largely because of the undeveloped nature of their private sectors with the SMEs being a major component of the private sectors. Private enterprises are known to be the driver of most developed economies and the need to understand how social media can be used by them to ensure their enterprise stability becomes inevitable.The paper adopted the survey research design through quantitative research approach. Primary data was elicited through the administration of questionnaires with 3000 questionnaires distributed among SMEs in the South East zone of Nigeria. Abstract: This study examined impact of demographic variables on entrepreneurial intention for sustainable enterprise development, while focusing on selected undergraduate students in Lagos state, Nigeria. Researchers globally have attempted to explore the factors that motivate individuals in pursuing entrepreneurial career. However, attention has not been paid to the impact of demographic variables like gender, age and marital status when discussing entrepreneurial intention. Abstract: The study investigated the influence of work pattern, organizational support and job tenure on job commitment of working mothers in Ogun State, Nigeria. Three null hypothesis guided the study. Research design of the ex-post facto type was employed. One hundred and eightyemployed mothers were drawn from both public and private organizations in Ogun Statethrough simple random sampling technique. The organizational support scale by Thompson and Lyness (1999) and job commitment scale by Farrell & Rusbult (1981) were used to obtain information from the respondents.
