Abstract: This study examined knowledge management strategies and the performance of Telecommunication companies in Port Harcourt. The objectives of this study are to determine the relationship between knowledge management strategies of knowledge creation; knowledge storage; knowledge sharing and knowledge application and firm performance. Four (4) hypotheses were formulated and tested. Abstract: Although implementation of CRM has the potential to improve organizational performance, this is not well established in the hospitality industry in Kenya where the performance in the sector is requires key attention. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion and competence to organizational performance simultaneously and partially, determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational performance, determine the effect of promotion and competence to organizational performance through job satisfaction.The study was conducted at the CV Tri Bharata in Jakarta. Sampling using saturated samples involving 36 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that the promotion and competence variables affect the organization's performance simultaneously and partially. Job satisfaction variables affect the performance of the organization.The direct effect of promotion and competence to organizational performance is smaller than the indirect effect is through job satisfaction

Abstract: La qualité des informations échangées est une question cruciale. Abstract: The study sought to determine the effect of credit diversification on financial distress prediction of commercial banks listed at the Nairobi securities exchange.The study used a cross sectional and time series research design and the target population for this was eleven listed commercial banks. A sample size of seven listed Commercial Banks was be used. Simple random sampling techniques were used in the study. Primary data was collected using interview guide while secondary data was collected from Banks' books of accounts. Inferential statistics were used in data analysis. Regression results revealed that credit diversification had (β =. - 438, p = .034, < .05). The study concluded that credit diversification has a significant effect on financial distress prediction.Credit diversification activities have reduced the probabilities of default on the side of borrowers through introduction of new types of credit facilities. Abstract: Promotion is an important variable in marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix both simultaneously and partially on consumer decisions to subscribe to Indihome PT Telkom Witel I Medan. This type of research is correlation research with the type of data divided into two parts, namely primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 320 Indihome customers and data collection was done through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The decision to subscribe to Indihome by consumers is influenced by advertising, personal sales and sales promotion is only 44.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract: The main purpose of the paper was to examine the impact operational efficiency, and productivity has on the profitability of Ghanaian banks. Secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of nine sampled banks for nine years was used for the study. Multiple regression was used for the analysis through SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis indicated that, the most significant variables that affect the profitability of banks in Ghana are net interest margin, non-interest income margin; operating expenses to income ratio; profit per employee; and business per employee.
