Abstract: This paper deals with most important outcome of great industrial revolution which is the change in the approach of management towards workers. The workers no more considered as machines their feeling ambition and emotions have been duly recognized by the management. The management has realized that the organizational objectives can be achieved only if the workers cooperate with them. Therefore, all the effects are made to get their cooperation. Workers participation is an important device to the management. The study concentrates on worker participation in management.

Abstract: The automobile industry is the major contributor of 7.1% to GDP according to the Center for Automotive Research. The boom and wane of the auto industry is being felt in all other sectors of an economy. The case presents the domestic crisis of the renowned automobile sector in India during 2019. The industry has umpteen ways to overcome plummets in vehicles and a focused roadmap of four-wheel increase in sales, perhaps expected in the same year. Cause of slowdown carries different interpretations such as consideration of the global economy, legislation of electric vehicle by 2030, inventory pile-up (aggregative supply- low demand), and GST. The goal of the case is to provide, empathize with the customer's purchase decision of vehicle in the current (knowledge of recent sluggish) and future with the aid of the Indian government

Abstract: Background:Academic women participate in various work and life roles, which can create challenges when trying to balance the burdens and responsibilities associated with each part. That means that, as lecturers, they face enormous demands, which must be met diligently. The current study seeks to argue that the concepts of role demand and ethnicity have been neglected in the work-life balance literature in the Sri Lankan context. Abstract: A company is established to obtain profit from its business activities. This study aims to determine the value of the break-even point in the operation of KM Prince Soya ship and to find out the sensitivity of the change of the value if there is a change in the vessel's operational cost and rate. This research used the quantitative descriptive method by analyzing the ship's income and operational cost during the operation period of 2013. The results revealed that the value of the break-even point of KM Prince Soya in 2013 was IDR 15,762,443,551, which was equal to the value of 53,131 tickets. This value was achieved at the load factor of 29.61%. In case of a change in the ship's operational cost when using non-subsidized fuel, the value of the break-even point will be.....

Abstract: In this paper, researchers try to highlight the Green Banking (GB) policy or guidelines formulated by Bangladesh Bank (BB, present practices and adoption by the scheduled State-Owned Commercial Banks (SOCBs), Specialized Banks (SDBs), Private Commercial Banks (PCBs), and Foreign Commercial Banks (FCBs) of Bangladesh. Besides comparative analysis among time to time reported practices, strategies and steps taken by the said banks relating to Green Banking (GB) are made. For conducting this study, researchers has considered only secondary data published by Bangladesh Bank (BB)and the authors have found that most of the banks have already started to follow the guidelines laid down by the central bank and still trying to conform with the policy and regulations by central bank.

Abstract: This study aims to analyzethe needs of nurses to improve the quality of services in hospitals. The place of research is Lontara I Inpatient Dr.UP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The method used in the planning of personnel / nurse needs according to Minister of Health Decree No.81menkes / SK / 2004 is the Need for Staff Work Indicators (WISN), which is a method of calculating needs based on workload carried out through workload calculation techniques. The results showed that nurses for Lontara I brought front were 5 people / Shift. For Lontara I the top front is 5 people / shift. For Lontara I for the lower back is 7 people / shift. For Lontara I for the upper back is 8 people / Shift.....

Abstract: Background:This study aims to determine the understanding of the principles of good governance, internal control systems, and organizational commitment to the performance of government institutions in West Jakarta. Materials and Methods:The study was conducted in 34 local work units in West Jakarta. Sampling was selected using the total sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed to 102 respondents, but only 88 respondents filled out the questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Smart PLS 3.00 software. Results:The results of this study are the variable understanding of the principles of good governance and internal control systems have a significant positive effect on the performance of government institutions, while organizational commitment does not affect.....
