Abstract: Urge of self-leadership has become ubiquitous. Self-leadership strategies has emerged to help individual, of which, when, effectively practiced, can lead to the path of rewarding performance and self-motivation. This study discuss the importance of management style introduced within the organisation and its ability to demonstrate effective self-leadership with the aim to organization objective achievement by taking the motivation of individual's into consideration as an important factor, which could be beneficial to the organization to gaining a strong position in this modern competitive business world.
