Abstract: This study examined the effect of social media on customer loyalty of the Cameroonian insurance industry. Primary data was used which was sourced from the customers of insurance companies in Cameroon. The 210 returned questionnaires were analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings showed that email marketing has the coefficient value of 0.253, std value of 0.074, t-value of 3.443 and sig-value of 0.001, implying that email marketing is positively and significantly to influence customer loyalty. The coefficient value of internet advertising was -0.015, std value 0.073 t-value of -0.212 with sig-value of 0.832, indicating that internet adverting was negative and not significant to influence customer.......

Abstract: There are lack of research related to the brand personality of the luxury resort using the online reviews in the TripAdvisor. This research conducted with data collection of online reviews from a resort in Bali from the period of 2008 to 2020. After the data extracted, further data cleansing conducted. The exploratory factor analysis conducted with the provalis research with the brand personality dictionary. The findings show that sincerity as the dimension of brand personality play an important dimension in the dataset. The second major dimension is sophistication which means consumers perceive the brand as a person who has a class, glamour which relevant with the personality of the luxury resort.

Abstract: The rapid shift of companies moving to working from home and depending on remote work tools now more than ever, in an effort to maintain business continuity, especially during world wide spread of COVID-19. Technology has become a lifeline that helps organizations and teams stay connected, conduct meetings, share documents, and perform other necessary work tasks and allowing teams to collaborate, operate and communicate virtually through the power of technology.Remote working has a diverse set of challenges for the multiple parties involved. Constant technology use has potentially negative physical and mental effects, often referred to as "technostress." Abstract: we employed return on assets (ROA) as a measure of performance while environmental disclosure (ED), entity size was employed as explanatory variable while entity age was also employed as a control variable to test quoted ICT companies on Nigeria exchange group, the effect f environmental disclosure on performance. Six entities were sampled with the help of secondary data covering from 2011 to 2020 (ten years), using the multiple regression analysis applied on e-view, The regression output above showed that the coefficient of determination (R-squared) value of 0.72 indicates that 72% of changes in the dependent variable are accounted for by the combined impact of variations in the independent variables, also the R- squared value of 58% approximately, implies that the model is good and fit to be used in testing our hypotheses. Abstract: The coronavirus pandemic has had a massive impact on the e-commerce industry of Bangladesh. The main objective of this research is to identify and address the causes that influenced online purchase behavior of Bangladeshi university going students in the course of the coronavirus pandemic. Abstract: The studyfocuses on the use of an unstructureddataset and exploratory factor analysis to develop the brand personality of a samplehotel in Bandung. Consumer online reviews on TripAdvisor werecollectedduring the 2019 observation period, and additional data cleaningwasperformed. Abstract: Background: Many individuals from various parts of the world who had been on full time employment in their early life eventually retired. Some of them are still agile and as such conceive the idea of becoming entrepreneurs.This study examined the factors enhancing the entrepreneurial intention of the retiring military personnel in Nigeria as a segment of the later age entrepreneurship.
Materials and methods: A total of 430 questionnaires wereused for analyses out 620 that were returned by the retiring military personnel on pre-retirement entrepreneurial and vocational training programme at the Nigerian Armed Forces.
