Abstract: The overall preoccupation of this study was to know when the recovery process of democratization of Democratic Republic of the Congo, if the government of the said states lead in respecting or in applying the democratic principles.
At the end of our investigations, we certified that the democratization process of DRC recovers before the independence accession of the country, due the fact that, it has been observed the multipartisms although reflecting the tribal characters and the inforcement of some ideas questions of emancipation movements.
However, it is after the power taking by Mobutu in 1965, that the democratic acquisition had been stifled by monopartism. Thanks to "PERESTROIKA" a political wind on the Africa continent between 1989 till 1990 and Marshal Mobutu's speech in April 24 th, 1990.....
