Abstract: Research Objectives (1) to analyze the direct effect of market orientation, service quality and service orientation on customer satisfaction. 2) To analyze the direct effect of market orientation, service quality and service orientation on customer loyalty. 3). To analyze the direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 4) To analyze the effect of market orientation, service quality and service orientation. to loyalty through customer satisfaction. The object of research is the company PT. Rapid Tirta Sejatra in Makassar City. The study used a quantitative approach by using primary data through 177 questionnaires which were distributed to respondents and then analyzed using the SPSS V. 25 and Amos v 25 programs. The study was conducted from October 2020 to February 2021. The results showed that market orientation and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Service orientation has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Prathama Line Logistics. The research was conducted at an international freight forwarding company, namely PT. Prathama Line Logistics in Denpasar City, Bali Province, Indonesia. The population of this study includes all registered customers, both domestic and foreign customers with a total of 205 customers. Abstract: Though satisfaction is an important driver that influences tourists' decision-making regarding destination selection and their revisits intention, the measurement of tourist satisfaction is mostly ignored in developing countries. Therefore, this study aims at assessing tourist satisfaction in the context of a developing country, Bangladesh. The shrine of Lalon Shah, a well-known and popular tourist destination in the southwestern part of Bangladesh is chosen as a case study. In addressing the research aim, this paper followed a quantitative research approach where data are collected using primary (questionnaire survey) and secondary (published literature) sources. The collected data are statistically analyzed. The findings confirm that tourists are moderately satisfied during their visit to the shrine of Lalon Shah. A number of issues related to tourists' dissatisfaction are also identified in this paper. The paper concludes with some policy guidelines for the policy-makers of tourism in Bangladesh.

Abstract: My study pertain the challenges of our govt. because India is the country where the poorest 40 percent of the world's population accounts for 5 percent of global income. The richest 20 percent accounts for three-quarters of world income so my paper mainly focus on drawback and unstructured economy because good and services prices day by day increase but no one intimate solution to clarify this so firstly we have to adopt the concept of stability of essential goods.

Abstract: Our research on the anarchic fragmentation and its effects started from a constant fieldwork in the Kyaghala neighborhood; the fragmentation of residential plots to small dimensions.
The main objective of the research was the analysis of the elements that are at the basis of anarchic housing estate and their impact on the environment. To achieve our objectives, we have considered certain methods (analytical methods, surveys, statistics, ...) and techniques (interview, observation, ...).
After analyzing the data, it was found that the district presents an anarchic subdivision because the size of the plots is reduced significantly from 10m by 12m to 12m by 25. That of 25m by 25 or 50m by 50 are rare. Houses are also hung on slopes unsuitable for habitation. The resulting consequences are among others:
Conflicts of plot boundaries, soil degradation by wild water, atmospheric pollution, poor waste management.
All these evils result from the non-involvement of urban planning and resident services in the development of the urban space of the city of Butembo

Abstract: The overall preoccupation of this study was to know when the recovery process of democratization of Democratic Republic of the Congo, if the government of the said states lead in respecting or in applying the democratic principles. At the end of our investigations, we certified that the democratization process of DRC recovers before the independence accession of the country, due the fact that, it has been observed the multipartisms although reflecting the tribal characters and the inforcement of some ideas questions of emancipation movements. However, it is after the power taking by Mobutu in 1965, that the democratic acquisition had been stifled by monopartism. Thanks to "PERESTROIKA" a political wind on the Africa continent between 1989 till 1990 and Marshal Mobutu's speech in April 24 th, 1990.....
