She started her beauty studio in the year 2001 and is running very successfully with a clear vision and conviction. Abstract: It is imperative that this Covid 19 pandemic has utterly disrupted an education system. With this sudden shift away from the classroom in various parts of India to online mode, some are wondering whether the adoption of online learning should continue to persist post-pandemic, and how such a shift would impact our education market. If online learning technology could play a role here, it was incumbent upon all of us to explore its full potential. There are, however, challenges to overcome. Abstract: Background: A sound financial reporting system is mandatory for smooth flow of activities in an economy. It shows the trust that investors place in financial reporting information and thus play an important role in the economic development of a country. With the integration of Indian economy with the global economy, the Indian Accounting Standards have converged with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for preparing its financial statements which are now known as Ind AS (i.e., converged IFRS). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has revised the roadmap for banking industry in compliance with the IFRS converged Accounting Standards and made it applicable for the period commencing from April 1, 2018. Abstract: This paper focused on espousing instigating factors of employee unethical behaviors amongst operational level workers of indigenous company's in the manufacturing sector; in a bid to achieve the said objective the paper establishes a conceptual clarification of unethical behavior and its behavioral evidences. Further, the paper highlighted some unethical behaviors in the manufacturing sector, sequelly, the instigating factors were noted and how to curb unethical behavior in the sector where proposed. The study upon the theoretical excursion recommended that rewarding of ethical behaviors, initiating stiffer penalties for unethical behaviors, setting up ethics committees and courts to handle ethical issues in the various sectors of Nigerian economics amongst others should be implored.

Abstract: Discussing the effect of the lockdown on students belong to countryside, it is seen that networks that are very far off, defenseless and separated. In this study the researcher has opted for a systematic literature review of an issue that is not yet investigated that is the Covid-19 impacting the rural education and therefore the aim of this research is to explore the issue and aspects that are related to it. For data assessment and validation, AMSTAR tool is used with the help of which the articles get assessed based on the checklist criteria and selected for the purpose of the creation of the systematic literature review. Results show different dimensions impacting the rural education during and after Covid-19 outbreak. The consequential effect is found in youngsters in poor and low-asset settings in rustic zones. Some significant issues that we should manage will be a drop in the learning levels, understudies dropping out of school and guardians hauling their kids out of schools because of monetary pressure.
