Abstract: A small scale industry is an industrial undertaking in which the investment under fixed assets in plant and machinery or. Equipment, whether held on ownership term or on lease or hire purchase, does not exceed ₹ 10 crore for manufacturing enterprise. And ₹ 5 crore for service enterprise.

Abstract: Employees' dissatisfaction with their organizational justice engenders organizational toxicity and poor performance. Issues of fairness at work should be key to all employers. In this regard this study was designed to assess the effect of procedural, distributive and interactional justice on employee performance in public health facilities in Turbo Sub-County, Kenya. In a bid to effectively achieve these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive survey design based on samples drawn from 10 public health facilities in Turbo Sub-County. The target population was 332. A two-stage sampling technique was adopted where cluster random sampling was used to select the public health facilities after which simple random sampling was used to select respondents within the facilities.....

Abstract: Capital budgeting is the process of analyzing investment opportunities in long-term assets which are expected to gain benefits for more than a year. Most companies in Nigeria hardly involved in sound capital budgeting decisions that will provide them the opportunity to improve on operational performance and profitability. On this basis this study seeks to examine the impact of capital budgeting decision on performance of MTN Nigeria covering the period of 2014 to 2020. Longitudinal research design is adopted with a time series data were extracted from the Annual Reports from the company website. Multiple regressions with the aid of STATA software (version 13.0) was used for data analysis.....

Abstract: This paper examines the effect of feedback and reward system on employee engagement in Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Survey research design was employed with a population of 6621 staff of NNPC as at April 2020. Both primary and secondary data were used; Questionnaire copies were shared among samples of 377 respondents from NNPC and other subsidiaries and divisions. Data analysis was conducted using mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics (ANOVA). Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient was used to test hypothesis with the help of SPSS version 20, which addresses the extent of the relationship between the variables under consideration......

Abstract: Background: "Grameen Danone Foods" (GDF) is a genius "social business enterprise" conceived by Muhammad Yunus, founder and managing director of Grameen Bank in Bangladesh. It is jointly owned and operated by Groupe Danone, a France-based world corporate giant in dairy products in partnership with subsidiaries of Grameen's companies, a group of pro-poor firms founded by Yunus that are dedicated to eradicating poverty and other social ills in Bangladesh. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business competition (competitive) on the increase in the number of consumers at PT. Duta Tangkas Utama (DTU) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency by drawing the hypothesis that there is an effect of business competition (competitive) on the increase in the number of consumers at PT. Duta Tangkas Utama (DTU) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency.
The results showed a positive relationship between business competition (competitive) with an increase in the number of consumers at PT. Duta Tangkas Utama (DTU) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency, is 0.24 (24%), so that if it is interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained is Y= 28.03 + 0.24 X which shows the effect of business competition (competitive) on the increase in the number of consumers........

Abstract: The research report is on "A Purchasing behavior Model in B2C E-Commerce of Pakistan: The Role of Perceived Risk, Trust, Perceived Benefit and Their Antecedents". Although the richness of literature on buying behavior of online consumers, very little of it focuses on developing countries. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors impacting the online purchasing patterns of consumers in the Pakistani market. The model demonstrated that trust, perceived risk, perceived benefit and their antecedents would have an influence on costumer intention of purchase. The primary data is gather by floating hundred questionnaires to online shoppers using convenience sampling and web-based surveys........
