Abstract: The research objective of this study is to investigate investigating the relationship between organization climate and turnover intention using employee motivation as a mediator in the UAE hotel industry. A quantitative research design was applied in the study. A total of 200 employees were chosen as a research sample through a cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple regression was performed to determine the mediating effect of employee motivation on the relationship between organization climate and turnover intention.
