Abstract: This research titled "Effects of Unemployment on Youth Development in Selected Local Government Areas of Ebonyi State" sought to determine the effect of youth unemployment on skill development among youths in the six selected local government areas of Ebonyi State; ascertain the effects of youth unemployment on efficient skill mobilization for youth development in the selected local government areas in Ebonyi State; and find out the extent to which youth unemployment hinders efficient utilization of skills among youths in the selected local government areas of Ebonyi State. The study was anchored on Human Capital Theory by Gary Becker in 1964. Abstract: The dynamic and rapidly changing organizational environment has created severe challenges for leaders of organisations and businesses. For the growth and success of organisations in today's environment, it has become quintessential to bring changes to their business processes. The job demands on employees have hit its peak and they are having excessive pressure for performance. Abstract: Chemelil Sugar Company's performance has been characterized by problems of profits, output, employee effectiveness, sales volume and market share. Abstract: This research was conducted in Lumajang Regency to determine the Influence of Communication and Organizational Culture on Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable for Social Sciences Subject Middle School Teachers in Lumajang Regency. In this study, based on this, it can be underlined that the number of respondents who were used as samples was 151 people. While the number of samples for each school location is taken proportionally by means of the number of populations in each strata divided by the total population and then multiplied by the number of samples that have been determined previously. Abstract: Background: Social security is social protection provided by the state to its citizens so that the basic needs of its citizens are properly met. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was born based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body unproductive age. Solvency financial ratios in the Pension Guarantee program for three consecutive years show a range of 100%, namely in 2017 the solvency value of the Pension Guarantee program was 100%, in 2018 it was at 100.16%, and in 2019 the solvency value fell to 100%. , although this value can still be said to be solvable, it is still very worrying because if BPJS Ketenagakerjaan takes the wrong steps in managing the Pension Guarantee fund and causes the solvency value to be lower than 100%, the possibility of default on the Pension Guarantee Program in the future is high possibility.......
