Abstract: Organizational culture and leadership have significant effects on the decision-making process that is then reflected in the performance of the organization. Organizational culture involves all the surroundings in a certain organization that controls relationships and interactions between employees. While leadership is all the different styles leaders adopt in order to manage the team and accomplish their missions. Those leaders or managers have to take decisions in order to perform different job tasks. All these elements affect the managers, the employees, and all the stakeholders working in the company. Several studies were concerned with this area of research considering the great impact it has on businesses. This study looks at the possible impacts of organizational culture and leadership on how decisions are made within organizations. Data from various sources is collected and analyzed to identify this impact and how in the end it may improve the performance of the organizations

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between ownership structure and capital structure in the listed brewery firms in Nigeria for the period of 2006-2020. The data used was collected from the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) statistical bulletin/fact-book and the audited annual financial statements of the brewery firms. Nigerian Breweries and Guinness Nigeria are the two major players in the industry with Nigerian Breweries leading the market with about 65% market share while Guinness Nigeria follows with about 25%. Abstract: Human science and technology are increasingly skilled at manufacturing clothings or garments, even clothing is now designed to provide the wearer with the value of beauty through various models. This research method used primary data. The test stages carried out were validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, and path analysis. This research employed a questionnaire instrument and the data processed were from up to 100 respondents. Purposive sampling was used to gain the data, and SPSS 20 was the software utilized. The results of the rsearch revealed that the variable brand image and word of mouth had an influence on the purchasing interests. While the brand image and word of mouth had no influence on the purchasing decisions, purchasing interests did.

Abstract: The paper examines the impact of capital market reforms on economic growth in Nigeria using Ordinary Least Square technique and results show that three of the market capitalization, interest rate and number of deals have significant influence on Nigeria's GDP while All share index, number of listed companies, value of transaction and inflation rate are found to retard growth. It is therefore recommended that in an attempt to restore confidence in the market, regulatory authorities' activities must portray transparency, fair trading transactions and dealings in the stock exchange. Also, embargo should be placed on an arbitrary rise in number of deals.
