Abstract: The assessment space for digitized libraries (DL) focuses on a variety of criteria, such as sufficiency, quality, and execution, which can be seen from many perspectives. Abstract: With the growing adoption of innovative methodologies for sustaining in the digitalized business environment, more companies are using online advertisements for targeting consumers. Among them, teenagers are the tech-savvy consumers who value the outlook and the experience created by an advertisement. As a matter of fact for gaining the attention of teenagers, businesses need to adopt more advanced online advertisement techniques. Against such a backdrop, this study aims to analyze the impact of online advertisement on teenagers' buying behaviour. An examination of 506 teenagers in the age group 10-19 years, revealed that factors like mobile technology, culture, and social media associated with online advertisement have a positive contribution in influencing the buying behavior of teenagers. Thus, companies need to strategize their marketing techniques by adopting more personalized experiences creating technology, and using social media.

Abstract: Background: This study aims to determine the direct influence of the spiritual capital dimension on improving cooperative performance which is influenced by transformational leadership Materials and Methods: the research focuses on the leadership and employees of cooperatives with a sample of 36 cooperatives, where data is collected utilizing questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis is carried out using SmartPLS Version 3.2.9 to analyze Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results of this study confirm that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on business performance mediated by Spiritual Capital Conclusion:The dimensions that have been tested are expected to make useful contributions to academics, professionals, and business people

Abstract: The growth of internet network quickly indirectly brings new phenomena and lifestyles in the lives of consumers. This condition causes intense competition in the world of sales on social media. Impulsive purchase is the most important component for the company's sales, so the sales strategy must be implemented appropriately through the hedonic value component mediated by Shopping Lifestyle and Shopping Enjoyment on Ornamental Plant Consumers on Instagram. However, several things do not show the success and power of impulsive purchase. Ornamental plant consumers on Instagram try to measure Shopping Lifestyle and Shopping Enjoyment as an intervention. Determining this strategy can increase the impulsive purchase of ornamental plant consumers on Instagram, which will be higher than other social media. The power of Shopping Lifestyle and Shopping Enjoyment is expected to be used by ornamental plant sellers on Instagram as a tool to win the competition for ornamental plants in Indonesia

Abstract: The development of the business world is increasing in line with the increasing demand of the Indonesian people for products to meet their needs. Customer loyalty is the most important component for the company's sales, so the sales strategy must be implemented appropriately through the Brand Positioning and Customer Intimacy components mediated by brand trust on J&T delivery service products. However, several things do not show the success and strength of the brand of shipping service products. J&T tries to measure brand trust as an intervention. Determining this strategy can increase customer loyalty for J&T delivery service products, which will be higher than other products on the market. The current strength of customer loyalty is expected to be able to be used by J&T delivery service companies as a tool to win market competition in Indonesia.

Abstract: Motivation of Workers is essential and required for successful and effective service delivery in Ebonyi State civil service. The paper seeks to examine the effects of motivation on workers performance in Ebonyi State civil service. Two-factor theory of motivation propounded by Fredrick Herzberg (1959) was used as the theoretical framework of analysis. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Simple random and stratified sampling was employed to draw target respondents for the study. The target population of seven hundred and ninety eight workers (798) drawn from the ten (10) selected ministries of the Ebonyi State civil service with sample size of 266 was employed.........

Abstract: The study set out to investigate the factors responsible for pervasive poverty in rural communities of Ebonyi State with a view to determining if the scourge of poverty is systemic or attributable to the victims' lack of capacity. The combined activities of Ebonyi State Community Based Poverty Reduction Agency (EB-CPRA) and Ebonyi State Community and Social Development Agency (EB-CSDA) were interrogated to determine why rural poverty has persisted despite government efforts at stemming the tide.
