Abstract: Teams are inseparable in any business organization. The effectiveness of teams determines organizational performance and success. Furthermore, teamwork plays a vital role in the success of projects. However, teamwork effectiveness and quality vary across the teams. Teamwork Quality means the quality of communications in the team. Teamwork quality is the function of various factors. One of the important factors is team climate.
